Abstract: A fluid end includes a housing having a bore extending toward a cavity and a wear sleeve positioned within the bore. The fluid end also includes a plunger positioned within a plunger bore extending through the wear sleeve, the plunger reciprocating within the plunger bore. The fluid end further includes a wear sleeve retainer coupled to the housing and positioned to block axial movement of the wear sleeve, the wear sleeve retainer having external threads along a body that engage internal threads formed in the housing. The fluid end also includes an anti-rotation system, coupled to the housing, the anti-rotation system engaging the wear sleeve retainer to block rotation of the wear sleeve retainer in at least one direction. The fluid end further includes a packing nut coupled to the wear sleeve retainer.

Abstract: A rotary disc valve is used in a fluid delivery system to control flow of fluid between multiple ports of a valve housing. The valve housing may include a valve body and a lid that closes an open end of the valve body. In addition, the valve may include a diverter and seal assembly that are disposed in the valve housing. The diverter is configured to rotate about a rotational axis and to control fluid flow through the valve housing. The seal assembly provides a dynamic seal that is fluid tight within a plane that is perpendicular to the rotational axis. The diverter, the valve body and the seal assembly cooperate to define a fluid passageway that is coaxial with the rotational axis and passes through the seal assembly.
