    摘要: A projection-welding spinning tensioner includes a first spoke and a second spoke. The first spoke includes a first rim end, a first plate end and a first center plate end. The second spoke includes a second rim end, a second plate end and a second center plate end. The first and second spokes have a same structure and are arranged in a mirror-symmetrical manner. Several projection-welding points are disposed on opposing surfaces of the first plate end and/or the second plate end, the projection-welding points are annularly arranged at an interval, the projection-welding points are arranged in a form of a concentric circle to form a least two annular arrangements, welded fixation of the first plate end and the second plate end is completed through the projection-welding points. A cavity groove for holding a bearing is formed inside after the first and second center plate ends are docked.

    摘要: Low-noise pulleys and methods of constructing low-noise pulleys are disclosed. In a first aspect, first and second pluralities of arms extending radially outward from the outer hub to the outer rim are angularly offset from each other about the axis of rotation to eliminate symmetry across the lateral midline of the pulley. In a second aspect, the radially outermost ends of a plurality of arms are arcuately spaced apart according to a pitch sequence describing a pseudo-random pattern of relative spacings so as to reduce or eliminate rotational symmetry of the pulley. In a third aspect, features of the first and second aspects are combined, and in one embodiment, first and second pluralities of arms are, respectively, approximately oppositely canted so as to vary the arcuate spacings of the laterally outermost ends of the arms.

The pulley set is provided on the pulley shaft and has at least first and second hose pulleys that are rotatably supported on tho pulley shaft. The first and second hose pulleys are respectively located on sides of the pulley set and each has a guide groove for hooking the hydraulic hose therein. Each of the first and second hose pulleys has a pair of outer and inner flanges that form side walls of the guide groove respectively. Each outer flange is located on the side of the pulley set, and each inner flange is located inside the outer flange in the pulley set. Each outer flange has a first radius, and each inner flange has a second radius. The first radius is larger than the second radius.

    摘要: Torsional vibration dampers (TVDs) having a plurality of spokes designed to withstand both torsional and bending forces and vibrations are disclosed. The spokes, which connect a central member to a peripheral rim, include a first end coupled to an outer radial surface of the central member; a second end coupled to an inner radial surface of the rim; and four concave surfaces extending between the first end and the second end. The concave surfaces may be concave from the first end to the second end and may also be concave laterally from front to back or side to side. A TVD having a hub with spokes having one or more concave surfaces is also disclosed herein. A method of designing the spokes for the hub is also disclosed.
