摘要: A reed valve having a plate shaped support substrate with a valve hole formed in a central section passing through in a plate thickness direction is provided. A flexible plate-shaped reed covering the valve hole at one surface of the support substrate and having one end in a longitudinal direction that is fixed to the support substrate. The support substrate has a rib extending along a center line in a longitudinal direction of the inside of the valve hole, to divide the valve hole into two spaces. A surface of the rib opposite to the reed is positioned on substantially the same plane as a surface of the support substrate to which the rib is attached, and is adjacent to the reed.

The valve device of a hermetic reciprocating compressor in which an outlet valve and an keeper are fixed to one side of a valve plate, and an intake valve is coupled to a cylinder block to be closely contacted with the other side of the valve plate, is characterized in that the valve plate has an intake port which is opened/closed by a driving of the intake valve and has a diameter of 5.0-6.0 mm, a seat portion to which the intake valve is closely contacted and an external diameter of 6.2-7.2 mm, and an exhausting pass port which has a diameter of 3.5-4.5 mm.

摘要: The reed valve assembly of the present invention includes a reed cage, a retainer, and reed petals. The retainer is independently interlockable with the reed cage. As defined herein, independently interlockable is understood to mean that no additional parts are required to connect the retainer to the reed cage. As implied by the term interlockable, the retainer and reed cage are separable. The reed petals are removably secured to the reed cage. In one embodiment, the reed petals are secured to the reed cage with the retainer.

摘要: A reed valve includes a vibration suppressing member for suppressing transmission of vibration, caused due to opening and closing operations of a reed piece, to a fixed mounting portion of an engine part to which the reed valve is mounted. The vibration suppressing member includes an elastic annular projection formed on at least one of an outer peripheral surface of a gasket fitted around an outer peripheral edge of a valve plate and a pair of upper and lower surfaces of the gasket. The elastic annular projection is elastically engaged with the fixed mounting portion when the mount portion of the valve plate is mounted to the fixed mounting portion.

摘要: A high efficient valve assembly of a compressor has a valve plate having more than one discharging valve; a discharging valve for opening and closing the discharging valve, one end of the discharging valve is settled at the valve plate between the valve plate and a cylinder head; a stopper for controlling the discharging valve to be placed at a right position, both ends of the stopper are settled at the valve plate at an upper part of the discharging valve; a rivet for settling the discharging valve and the stopper at the valve plate; and settlement units for positioning the discharging valve at the valve plate at the right position and supporting the discharging valve. According to the present invention, the high efficient valve assembly has the discharging settlement units capable of settling the discharging valve of which only one end is supported and supporting the discharging valve, thus the assemble of the valve assembly can be easily done. Furthermore, the position of the discharging valve is not changed afterwards, and power is less consumed since the operation delay of the discharging valve is minimized.

摘要: A ventilation assembly, such as for ventilating the interior of a motor vehicle body, comprises a frame moulded from rigid thermoplastics material defining side walls, end walls and a dividing wall which form apertures controlled by flap valves. The flap valves can be moulded in situ from flexible material but which is not compatible with the rigid material of the frame and therefore does not adhere to it during the moulding process. The material of the flap valves is provided with a series of holes through which protrude studs having enlarged heads to form hinges to enable the flap valves to flex between open and closed positions. In the closed position, the flap valves seal against seats. Other embodiments are shown in which the flap valves can be moulded of rigid material with hinge formations arranged to hingeably interlock with corresponding formations on the frame.

摘要: The present invention relates to a valve apparatus for a hermetic compressor. In the present invention, an elastic lead (40) is integrally formed with a discharge valve (30) in order to reduce striking force generated when the discharge valve (30) strikes a valve seat (26) and to facilitate opening of the discharge valve (30). The elastic lead (40) is formed by cutting out an internediate portion of the discharge valve (30), and a free end of the elastic lead is bent to directed to a free end (36) or a clasped portion (32) of the discharge valve (30). The free end (36) of the elastic lead (40) is supported on a bottom surface of a recess (27) in a valve plate (20), and thus, the elastic lead (40) exerts elastic force on the discharge valve (30) in a direction that the discharge valve (30) is opened. According to the present invention constructed as such, noise generated when the discharge valve (30) operates can be minimized, and opening/closing operation of the discharge valve (30) can be smoothly performed.

摘要: A check valve is provided and has a housing having inlet and outlet openings and comprising two essentially planar plate portions. A thin steel plate that acts as a valve is disposed between the plate portions. Under the effective pressure, the valve opens in one direction and blocks flow in the opposite direction. The valve has at least one valve tongue, and the plate portions in the valve are fixedly connected together. One of the plate portions is associated with the discharge zone and in the vicinity of the valve tongue is provided with at least one arched portion for limiting opening of the valve tongue. The other plate portion has bores through which the exhaust gas can enter under overpressure.
