摘要: Provided is a foamable filling device that includes a foamable material and is disposed within a hollow structural member. The foamable filling device includes a carrier member and an opening/closing member. The carrier member includes a through hole and a mounting portion to which the foamable material is mounted. The opening/closing member includes a cover portion formed in a size capable of blocking the through hole; and a biasing portion that biases the cover portion, and the opening/closing member is fittable to the carrier member. The opening/closing member is configured such that, when the opening/closing member is fitted to the carrier member, the biasing portion is elastically deformed and biases the cover portion to thereby bring the cover portion into contact with a seat portion provided at an end of the through hole of the carrier member.

The valve device includes a base having a valve opening through which exhaust gas flows, and a plate-like valve for opening and closing the valve opening. The plate-like valve is fixed to the base at its proximal portion, and is bent at both edges thereof in a certain range extending from its distal end toward the proximal portion.

摘要: The present invention relates to a valve apparatus for a hermetic compressor. In the present invention, an elastic lead (40) is integrally formed with a discharge valve (30) in order to reduce striking force generated when the discharge valve (30) strikes a valve seat (26) and to facilitate opening of the discharge valve (30). The elastic lead (40) is formed by cutting out an internediate portion of the discharge valve (30), and a free end of the elastic lead is bent to directed to a free end (36) or a clasped portion (32) of the discharge valve (30). The free end (36) of the elastic lead (40) is supported on a bottom surface of a recess (27) in a valve plate (20), and thus, the elastic lead (40) exerts elastic force on the discharge valve (30) in a direction that the discharge valve (30) is opened. According to the present invention constructed as such, noise generated when the discharge valve (30) operates can be minimized, and opening/closing operation of the discharge valve (30) can be smoothly performed.

摘要: A compressor includes a particularly shaped discharge valve which extends into the discharge port. The shaped valve includes a convex portion on the seat side of the valve which extends downwardly into the discharge port. The shaped valve furthermore includes a concave portion on the seat side of the valve that begins where the convex portion ends. The beginning of the concave portion on the seat side of the valve is located so as to prevent flow separation of the refrigerant when flowing along the convex portion of the valve as it leaves the compression chamber of the compressor.

摘要: A compressor for refrigeration cycles, which is provided with a noise attenuation structure on the interior wall of the discharge plenum, is disclosed. In the compressor of this invention, a valve seat is covered with a head cover at its top to form a discharge plenum between the valve seat and the head cover. This discharge plenum temporarily stores a pressurized working fluid therein. The valve seat has a fluid inlet used for allowing an introduction of the pressurized working fluid into the discharge plenum, and a fluid outlet used for discharging the pressurized working fluid from the discharge plenum. A control valve is mounted to the valve seat so as to control the fluid inlet. A plurality of micro-projections are provided on the interior wall of the discharge plenum for absorbing and attenuating impact waves of the working fluid during an introduction of the working fluid into the discharge plenum, thus attenuating operational noises and vibrations caused by the impact waves. A plurality of spaces capable of capturing working fluid drops are defined between the projections and interior wall of the discharge plenum, thus absorbing and attenuating the impact waves of the working fluid during the introduction of the working fluid into the discharge plenum.

摘要: In the present compressor, a retainer is prevented from being deformed without impairing the sealing performance of a metal gasket provided between a covering member for closing a compression chamber of a cylinder block assembly and a discharge valve forming plate. A discharge valve forming plate is provided between a valve plate having at least one discharge port through which a fluid compressed in a compression chamber of a cylinder block assembly is discharged into a discharge chamber of a housing and the cylinder block assembly. A retainer for restricting the magnitude of opening of a discharge valve is integrally formed in a metal gasket which is provided between the discharge valve forming plate and the housing. The housing is provided with a restricting section at a position corresponding to a proximal portion of a rising portion of the retainer for restricting the proximal portion of the top surface of a rising portion.

The valve apparatus includes a cylinder head having a reentrant groove with an exhaust hole, the exhaust valve installed to be opened/closed on the upper surface of the exhaust hole, the valve spring in contact with an upper surface of the exhaust valve, a head cover and a packing interposing between the cylinder head and head cover for preventing a leakage of the refrigerant gas.
