    摘要: A rotary ring 3 for use in scale reading apparatus has a scale on its outer circumference and is mounted on a rotary shaft 6. To reduce error caused by the rotary ring 3 not sitting concentrically on the rotary shaft 6, the inner circumference 5 of the rotary ring 3 and the outer circumference of the shaft 6 are both tapered. To compensate for eccentricity of the shaft, mounting screws 8 are provided in holes on the rotary ring to adjust the position of the rotary ring until it is concentric with the axis of rotation of the shaft.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for detecting measurement data on coordinate measuring and digitalizing machines. When the measuring times of the coordinate measuring machine and the sensor are determined by an electric signal (trigger), the equality thereof can be guaranteed and the influence of signal propagation delays can be excluded. The nth sensor information always corresponds to the nth machine information. Allocation is made easier when each value detected at a measuring time obtains an identifier. In one embodiment, surface points of a free forming surface can be detected during movement of the sensor on the coordinate measuring machine and by means of a measuring sensor. The measuring times are determined by an electric signal that is produced by the sensor and is transmitted to the coordinate measuring machine. The signal triggers distance measuring of the sensor as well as the output of the current machine position.

A geometric shape boundary is provisionally set in accordance with the shape data, which is obtained by measuring a workpiece, and then geometric shape calculation areas are set in areas except for the vicinities of the provisionally set point, a measurement starting point and a measurement ending point. A geometric shape value of the shape data is calculated while a geometric shape of the shape data is determined under geometric shape recognition conditions for each of the set geometric shape calculation areas. The geometric shape boundary value is calculated from the calculated geometric shape value, and the calculating results are output.

    摘要: A touch trigger probe incorporates piezoelectric sensors 50, whose outputs are processed by an interface circuit. The interface circuit discriminates between signals generated from the piezoelectric sensors 50 as a result of machine vibration and those generated as a result of a genuine measurement event, by the use of a timing circuit 90. The timing circuit 90 compares the time intervals (t1-t2);(t2-t3) between attainment of first 11 and second 12, and second 12 and third 13 output signal levels from the sensor 50, and upon the basis of this comparison validates (or rejects) measurements made with the probe. Additionally, the interface determines whether measurements made with the probe are taken upon the basis of outputs generated by the sensors 50 due to a shock wave in the stylus 24 of the probe, or as a result of strain in the stylus 24; as an alternative, measurements may be made only on the basis of strain.

Specifically, the present invention provides a seat sensor composed of the plurality of sensor portions placed in a seat pad of a vehicle seat distributed in a plane parallel with the surface of the seat. The load exerted on the surface of the seat by a person seated or an object placed on the seat is detected by the plurality of sensor portions of the seat sensor located in corresponding position.
