    摘要: An automated test apparatus for risk and integrity testing for pharmaceutical filtration membranes, including at least the following components: a liquid injection inlet, a pump, a fluid pressure gauge, a gas pressure gauge, a plurality of solenoid valves, a plurality of membranes, a gas pressure regulator valve, a pharmaceutical product bottle, and a bubble generation bottle. The automated test apparatus of the present invention is controlled by computer software in connection with an automatic pharmaceutical synthesis apparatus for automated testing. In use of the automated test apparatus of the present invention, it needs only to start the operating system of the automated test apparatus for membrane risk and integrity test after the completion of the automatic pharmaceutical synthesis. The membrane risk and integrity test can be accomplished in a short time by measuring pressures of gas and liquid with pressure gauges deposed online concurrently.

    摘要: A leak test apparatus and method is provided which includes an embodiment including a transparent container adapted to selectively permit a device under test to be placed therein, selectively maintain a vacuum, and contain an immersion liquid. The test apparatus further includes a test fixture plate adapted to remain fixed while the container moves along a first axis so as to permit the container to raise or lower with respect to the test fixture plate so as to raise or lower a test fluid with respect to the test fixture plate. The apparatus further includes a support structure adapted to raise or lower the container such that the test fixture plate remains fixed with regard to the container, a vacuum manifold system selectively coupled to the container, and a control system adapted to control raising or lowering of the container and control of vacuum in the container.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for leak testing a fluid containing chamber wherein the chamber is pressurized with a gas and is submerged in a liquid. The bubbles of gas rising from the submerged chamber are directed past a plurality of a predetermined locations that are each in optical communication with a photoelectric detector. The signals from the detectors are counted and when the number of bubbles exceeds a predetermined number, a signal is activated indicating a leaking container. By grouping a number of adjacent photoelectric detectors into a predetermined set, the apparatus can discriminate between random bubbles rising from the chamber surface as it is submerged and a number of bubbles all originating from a given location indicating a leak. The photoelectric detectors may be positioned in the liquid adjacent the predetermined locations or positioned out of the liquid and coupled to the predetermined locations by fiber optic cables. Alternatively, a laser beam can be directed across the predetermined location and received by a detector on the opposite side of the laser source. When a bubble interrupts the laser beam, a signal is generated.

    摘要: A connecting device has a first connector attached to a endoscope and a second connector communicating with a gas supply unit and adapted to be connected to the first connector. The first connector has a communication pipe having lower and upper ends communicating with the inside and outside of the endoscope, respectively. A valve plug is disposed in the pipe to be movable between the closing and opening positions. A rotating body is fitted to the outside of the upper end portion of the pipe to be rotatable between the first and second positions. The valve plug is moved in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating body. The second connector has an engaging slit adapted to engage a first retainer projecting from the pipe when the second connector is rotated after being fitted to the first connector. A second retainer projects inward from the second connector and is adapted to engage with an engaging portion of the rotating body when the second connector is fitted to the first connector. The second retainer rotates the rotating body to move the valve plug from the closing position to the opening position when the second connector is rotated from the fitting position.
