摘要:
An interactive alarm clock and method are provided. Specifically, the alarm clock of the present invention is programmable by a user so that distinct alarm signals can be designated. In a typical embodiment, distinct alarm signals are designated based upon volume level, alarm type and/or alarm signal harmonics. For example, a first alarm signal could be produced at a first designated volume level. If the first alarm signal is snoozed, a second alarm signal would later be produced at a second (e.g., higher) designated volume level.

An alarm clock has a snooze feature, whereby the snooze feature has a wing-like shape. When the alarm goes off, the wing-like shape extends outwards from the alarm clock housing. By pushing the wing-shaped snooze feature back into the housing, the alarm goes off, and the snooze mode is entered. The extended wings may signify nulltime fliesnull, at least while sleeping.

An alarm clock with multiple weekly and independent daily schedule capability. Three types of alarms are available and selectable for each schedule: a built in AM/FM radio, a noise maker, such as a buzzer, and an under pillow vibrating pad. Each day of the week can be programmed independently so that the alarm need not be reset each day to accommodate a varying daily schedule. Two independent daily schedules are available, so that one device may be used for a couple. Different weekly schedules are available to accommodate rotating shift workers, or others that need to have different schedules from time to time. The alarm time can be changed just for the next day, without changing the normal alarm schedule. A built in or external telephone may be programmed with telephone off times so that sleep in not disturbed. A built in un-interruptible power supply allows the clock to continue to function during power outages.
摘要:
An alarm clock device activated by release of pressure. A base member has an external side, an internal side and an aperture with at least one movable member and at least one fixed member positioned to contact each other. At least one bias member is connected to the at least one movable member to bias the movable member in contact with the fixed member to send a signal. A button member is positioned within the aperture wherein the button member reciprocates to break contact between the at least one movable member and the at least one fixed member to disengage the signal. A signal circuit is in communication with the movable member and the fixed member.
