The rotor has a core with an internal space. Permanent magnets are arranged on the core. These permanent magnets are surrounded by an outer cylinder, which is connected flush to closure disks which bear stub shafts. Channels run out from the internal space in the radial direction to the region of the permanent magnets. A resin mass is first introduced in the internal space. The rotor is thereafter heated and run up to centrifuging rotational speed. As a result, the molten resin mass flows through the channels to the region of the permanent magnets and fills up all the cavities present there and also cracks which form in the brittle permanent magnets on running up to speed. The resin mass hardens while the rotor is kept at centrifuging rotational speed. Each surface region of the permanent magnets is thus reliably protected against corrosion.

A flat rotary electric generator includes at least one toroidal coil structure for cutting magnetic lines to induce a current and at least one disc-shaped magnetic pole structure oriented parallel to the helical coil structure. If multiple toroidal coil structures and disc-shaped magnetic coil structures are included, the toroidal coil structures and disc-shaped magnetic coil structures are arranged in alternating manner. The toroidal coil structure and disc-shaped magnetic pole structure are not provided with a permeable material. When either the toroidal coil structures or the at least one disc-shaped magnetic pole structure is rotated by an external force, the toroidal coil structure cuts the magnetic lines passing therethrough to generate an induced current.

The device described is an Electronic Simulator for use as a teaching aid. This device uses fluid with suspended particles representing electrons that can be seen flowing through the transparent parts. This hydraulic based teaching aid visually demonstrates electronic principles including but not limited to; voltage, current, circuit path, resistance, capacitance, and semiconductors. Battery, Capacitor, Conductor, Diode, Resistor, Switch and Transistor functions are all simulated with quick connected transparent hydraulic components. A flow meter measures current Amps. A pressure gauge measures Volts Seeing the “electrons” flow thru the transparent components teaches the basic principles of electronics quickly and easily. A small air pump serves to charge the Battery. When pneumatically pressurized, the Battery supplies the hydraulic force to push the particle suspended fluid through the different components. As a teaching aid, the electronic simulator includes an instructional booklet and interactive CD that provides various circuit configuration connection diagrams.
