摘要： A fence post top cap for retaining a wire trellis thereon consisting of a sheet metal body (20) configured to fit snugly on the top of a metallic studded fence post. The body includes a front (22), sides (24), a top (26) and a bottom (28) with the sides extending at obtuse angles from the front and having a plurality of bores (40). The top has a bent right angle horizontal lip (42) that extends rearward from the front, with the sides remaining upright forming a U-shape for resting trellis wires on the lip while containing them between the upright sides. The bottom, including the front and sides, conform to fence post exterior dimensions and fit tightly onto the posts concave face (32) with the studs (36) engaging the top cap front. A first cotter pin (44) penetrates the bores (40) in the sides between the posts studs holding the top cap in place vertically and a second cotter pin (46) disposed through similar bores retain trellis wires (48) that are strung between the posts to form a trellis.

摘要： An end fitting for an insulator includes a main cast body for securement to an external structure and a non-machined annular flange rigidly attached at an end of the main cast body and defining a hole for receiving an end of a fiberglass rod to secure the annular flange to the fiberglass rod in assembling the insulator. At least a portion of the annular flange is formed of a preformed annular member defining at least an interior diameter of the annular flange. The use of the preformed annular member eliminates the need for two costly secondary machining operations to prepare the annular flange for receiving and crimping on the fiberglass rod of the insulator.

摘要： There are disclosed a method for assembling LP insulators in which no box housing is used, assembling operation is facilitated and various product lengths can be handled, and an LP insulator assembly which is lightweight because of a small amount of packing materials for use, which produces only a small amount of waste materials after unpacking and whose insulators are easily lifted. An LP insulator assembly 1 includes an LP insulator 2 mainly constituted of a shaft body 3, an engaging member 4 and a support fitting 5; a pallet 9 in which flat plates are arranged on spacer members 7 to form a deck surface and on which the LP insulator 2 is vertically placed; a fixing member 10 for fixing the support fitting 5 to the pallet; and a tying member 12 for tying the engaging members 4 to one another. The deck surface of the pallet and the support fitting 5 are fixed by the fixing member 10, a plurality of LP insulators 2 are vertically placed, and the engaging members 4 of the LP insulators 2 are tied to one another.

The insulator main body includes an outwardly opening slot through which the round post may be moved as the insulator is removed from the post. A nut is threadedly mounted at the slotted end of the main body limiting movement of the round post within the slot. A spacer within the slot limits inward movement of the slot walls. 摘要： A fence rail holder for connection to conventional metal fence posts having a generally T-shaped cross section is provided which allows PVC fence rails to be connected to metal fence posts. The fence rail holder detachably mounts on a fence post using at least one clip which attaches to the T-shaped fence post. Openings at opposite side surfaces of the fence rail holder receive and support the fence rails. The fencing system allows the addition of a very visible, white PVC or other rail to a conventional barbed wire or wire mesh fence. The fencing system also includes wire support members which allow electric wire or other wire to be easily connected to a PVC fence.
