    摘要: A preferred embodiment of a three-phase transformer includes a first, a second, and a third winding leg, and a first, a second, and a third winding positioned around the respective first, second, and third winding legs. The first, second, and third windings each includes an electrical conductor wound into a plurality of overlapping layers each formed by a plurality of adjacent turns of the electrical conductor, and an insulating material without end fill positioned between each of the overlapping layers. The electrical conductor has a transition portion formed therein between a first and a second of the overlapping layers. The transition portion is at least one of bent to form an offset in the electrical conductor, and secured to at least one of the plurality of adjacent turns.

    摘要: A plurality of grooves 25 are formed in an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical rubber magnet 17. The grooves 25 extend in a direction in which the cylindrical rubber magnet 17 is inserted into a yoke 3. The grooves 25 are open on both ends in the direction of insertion and are also open outwardly in a radial direction of the cylindrical rubber magnet 17. The grooves are formed at predetermined intervals in a peripheral direction of the cylindrical rubber magnet 17. When the cylindrical rubber magnet 17 is inserted into the yoke 3, an adhesive 15 gets into the grooves 25 without being pushed out of a lower end surface 21 of the cylindrical rubber magnet 17. The adhesive located between adjacent grooves also readily gets into the grooves 25. By presence of the adhesive got into the grooves 25, a necessary and sufficient amount of the adhesive can be uniformly interposed between a peripheral wall section 11 of the yoke 3 and the cylindrical rubber magnet 17.

    摘要: An electromagnetic flow sensor for a fluid flowing through a pipe comprises a measuring tube which can be inserted into a pipe. The measuring tube comprises a support tube as an outer covering of the measuring tube, a tubular liner of insulating material, located in a lumen of the support tube, for conducting the flowing fluid isolated from the support tube, and an open-pore reinforcing body for stabilizing the liner. The reinforcing body is sintered directly in said support tube. A magnetic-circuit arrangement is disposed on the measuring tube for producing and guiding a magnetic field which induces an electric field in the flowing fluid. Electrodes pick up voltages from the electric field. Furthermore, the reinforcing body has coil-core seats for coil cores of the magnetic-circuit arrangement.
