摘要: A support bracket for a fuse cutout may include an insulating rod with a first threaded standoff at a top end of the insulating rod and a second threaded standoff at a bottom end of the insulating rod. One or more shed sleeves may be secured over an outside surface of the insulating rod between the first threaded standoff and the second threaded standoff. The interior surface of the one or more shed sleeves forms a dielectric interface between the outside surface of the insulating rod and the interior surface of the shed sleeve. A mounting bracket may be secured to a portion of the support bracket between the first threaded standoff and the second threaded standoff. The one or more shed sleeves may be pre-molded prior to installation over the insulating rod.

摘要: The present invention discloses a test method for monitoring the stability of process and a test module device thereof. The test module device comprises: a substrate, a certain number of the first metal wires, a certain number of the second metal wires, an insulating block is disposed between the adjacent first metal wires. The method comprises: a preconfigured value of the test current in the test module is provided in the process; the multiple test module devices are provided. The present invention adopts a method adopting an offset to set the upper metal wire and lower metal wire in the test module instead of regular equal interval setting. Consequently, the safety zone of the overlay in the process can be determined. The present invention can monitor the stability of the process.

摘要: A method of testing an insulation system is disclosed. The method comprises coupling a first test lead to a first conductor, the first conductor at least partly isolated by the insulation system and coupling a second test lead to a second conductor or a ground. The method further comprises applying a test signal to the first test lead, receiving a test response from the second test lead, and analyzing the test response from the second test lead to determine a harmonic content of the test response. The method further comprises, when the harmonic content is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, determining that the insulator system has non-linear properties.

摘要: To detect accurately an insulation fault in a load circuit, Power supply lines and an electric heater (a load circuit) are connected by a detecting portion to detect a detected voltage (detected value) in accordance with the magnitude of a leakage current Id that flows through a ground between the power supply lines and the electric heater, and an evaluation as to whether or not there is a breakdown of insulation of the electric heater relative to the ground is performed by an evaluating portion based on the detected value obtained when the relay contact points are open.
