    摘要: The application provides a gas density relay with online self-check function and its check method, including a gas density relay body, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a gas chamber, a pressure regulating mechanism, an online check contact signal sampling unit and an intelligent control unit. The air path of the pressure regulating mechanism is connected to the gas pressure chamber and the second pressure sensor; Pressure rise and fall can be regulated through the pressure regulating mechanism to make the gas density relay body contact action. The contact action is transmitted to the intelligent control unit through the online check contact signal sampling unit. The intelligent control unit detects the action value and/or return value of the contact signal of the gas density relay body according to the density value when the contact acts, and completes the check work without requiring maintainer to go to the site for check. At the same time, because the pressure regulating mechanism is not connected to the SF6 gas path of the gas density relay body or electrical equipment, its sealing requirements are reduced, the reliability of the power grid is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    摘要: An electrical contact device for controlling operation of an aluminum processing bath includes an electrically insulating body and a first bore having a first diameter. The first bore opens into a through second bore having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. The second bore opens into a third bore having a third diameter greater than the first and second diameters. A fastener received in the body includes a shank having a male threaded portion and a male threaded head. A conductive biasing element has a connecting end engaged with the male threaded head. The connecting end and the male threaded head are slidably received in the first bore, and the shank is slidably received in the second bore. The male threaded portion extends into the third bore. A nut positioned in the third bore engages the male threaded portion coupling the fastener and tubular body.

    摘要: The present inventor devised, among other things, an exemplary pressure switch that includes a low-pressure switch housing portion and a high-pressure fitting portion. The low-pressure switch housing, which is formed of plastic for example, includes an electrical switch that can be turned on or off by moving a first contact between a pair of stationary contacts. The high-pressure fitting portion, which is formed of metal for example, has first and second barbed or threaded connector ends, which respectively engage an opening in the switch housing and a fluid line of an external system. An axial bore extending through the high-pressure fitting contains a piston which extends into the switch housing and is fastened to the first contact of the electrical switch. In operation, the piston travels within the bore in response to positive or negative pressure, moving the first contact toward or away from the stationary contacts to open or close the switch.

The conductive element is mounted to an insulative pin of substantially uniform width, and the terminals include leaf contacts that constantly engage the pin or the contacts throughout normal operation of the switch, thereby reducing flexure of the contacts and effectively providing a self-cleaning and self-healing electrical switch.

    摘要: A telescoping housing for a single acting fluid actuator includes an outer actuator housing section and an inner actuator housing section mounted to reciprocate axially relative to the outer housing section while being surrounded thereby. The housing sections cooperate to form a chamber, and the housing is extended axially by supplying an actuator fluid under pressure to the chamber. A positive pressure is maintained in the chamber to avoid infiltration of outside contaminants into the chamber. Retraction is accomplished by reducing the fluid pressure sufficiently to allow the housing to retract under the influence of gravity, spring force, or other external force. The telescoping housing design eliminates the need for a reciprocating piston and piston rod.
