When the electric current flowing through the organic light emitting element decreases by the degradation of the organic light emitting element, decrease in temperature and the like, the driving transistor acts for increasing the electric current.

摘要： Embossed microstructures within a substrate are used to create narrow and deep holes within that substrate. A carbon nanotube solution or mixture is then deposited over this substrate with the embossed holes. Shaking or vibrating the substrate will then cause the carbon nanotubes to fall into each of the holes in such a way that all of the nanotubes within a hole will be substantially parallel to the long axis of the hole. This structure can then be combined with a gate electrode and an anode to create a field emission display device.

An electron emission assembly is formed on the first substrate and emits electrons by the formation of electric fields. An illumination assembly is formed on the second substrate and realizes a display of images by electrons emitted from the electron emission assembly. The illumination assembly includes a transparent conductive layer formed on the second substrate and having an anode input terminal that extends outside the vacuum assembly and to which an anode voltage is applied, a phosphor screen formed on the transparent conductive layer, and a metal layer formed on the phosphor screen within the vacuum assembly in such a manner that a portion of the metal layer contacts the transparent conductive layer.
