摘要: A fuel cell vehicle may include: a fuel cell stack configured to generate electric power for a traction motor; a compressor configured to supply air to the fuel cell stack, the compressor including an impeller and a motor configured to rotate the impeller; and a controller configured to decrease a rotation speed of the motor when detecting accelerator-off. The controller may be configured to decrease the rotation speed at a first deceleration rate when an air outlet pressure of the compressor is higher than a pressure threshold, and decrease the rotation speed at a second deceleration rate when the air outlet pressure of the compressor is lower than the pressure threshold, the second deceleration rate being lower than the first deceleration rate.

摘要: To provide a fuel cell system configured to suppress irreversible performance degradation of a fuel cell. A fuel cell system wherein the controller preliminarily stores a data group indicating a relationship between, when a predetermined amount of hydrogen gas is supplied from the fuel gas supplier, an amount of the supplied hydrogen gas and a hydrogen pressure increase rate; wherein the controller calculates a fuel gas pressure increase rate from a pressure change detected by the pressure sensor when the fuel gas is supplied to the fuel cell; wherein the controller determines whether or not the fuel gas pressure increase rate is smaller than the hydrogen pressure increase rate; and wherein, when the controller determines that the fuel gas pressure increase rate is smaller than the hydrogen pressure increase rate, the controller prohibits power generation of the fuel cell.

摘要: A method for determining the oxygen surface exchange property of a material in a solid oxide fuel cell. The method begins by first receiving a data stream comprising of continuous weight measurements of the material and time measurements of when the continuous weight measurements of the material are taken. While receiving the data stream an oxygen concentration test is performed which involves: flowing a degradation gas flow onto the cathode material while simultaneously increasing the temperature of the primary gas flow to a set temperature, flowing the degradation gas flow onto the material at the set temperature, stopping the degradation gas flow and starting a primary gas flow at the set temperature, flowing the primary gas flow onto the material at the set temperature, and stopping the primary gas flow and starting a secondary gas flow at the set temperature. This data stream is then displayed analyzing the weight change of the material over time.

摘要: A method of controlling an air compressor motor for a fuel cell vehicle is provide. The method includes calculating a counter electromotive force constant of the air compressor motor based on a voltage and a current of the air compressor motor for the fuel cell vehicle supplying air to a fuel cell stack and a rotation speed of the air compressor motor. The method additionally includes determining whether a permanent magnet of the air compressor motor is demagnetized based on a result of comparison between the calculated counter electromotive force constant value and a pre-set counter electromotive force constant design value.

摘要: Provided is a fuel cell system that can effectively suppress clogging of a pipe due to freezing of water in a fuel gas supply system thereof without the need for halting the operation of the fuel cells, and thus is highly reliable. When possible freezing of water is detected or presumed to be present downstream of an injector, the amount of a fuel gas to be supplied from a circulation pump that is disposed in a circulation channel is relatively increased compared to the amount of the fuel gas to be supplied from the injector.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for determining the compressive tensile force acting on a fuel cell stack due to at least one tensioning element. Thereby, the compressive tensile force is the overall tensile force compressing the fuel cell stack. This is determined according to the invention by means of acoustic measurements on vibratable sections of the tensioning elements. The subject matter of the invention also includes a data processing program for carrying out the method according to the invention along with the use of a smartphone for carrying out the method according to the invention.
