    摘要: The invention relates to an antenna comprising: a first electroconductive surface (120); a second electroconductive surface (140) which forms a ground plane and is parallel to the first; a first electroconductive feed belt or wire (150) connecting a first terminal of a generator/receiver to the first surface (120), the second surface (140) being connected to the second terminal of the generator/receiver; and at least one second electroconductive wire or ribbon (160) connecting said two surfaces (120,140). The antenna is characterized in that the first surface (120) comprises a blank (122), or a series of blanks (122), each blank optionally consisting of mutually extending sections. Said blank(s) (122) extend in the vicinity of and along part of the edge of the first surface (120) which is broad enough for the blank(s) (122) to define an inner area (126) of the first surface (120) by substantially forming a majority of the periphery of this area (126), thereby obtaining a multi-frequency wire-plate operation.

    摘要: In an RLS antenna, the present invention allows adjusting the optimum positional relationship between the feeder section of the feeder disk and the feeder section of the antenna disk, simply, quickly and at high accuracy by a visual check, so that mass production becomes possible, and an increase in performance and a decrease in cost are implemented. When the diameter of the antenna disk is D and the wavelength of the central frequency is null, a marker of about 0.10null or less is disposed in an area of 0.5 (D-4null)-0.5D distant from the center. A through hole with a size (opening area) through which the marker can be viewed is disposed at a position the same as the position of the marker on the feeder disk. By visually confirming that the marker is positioned at the center of the through hole, the antenna disk is positioned and secured on the feeder disk.

    摘要: A multiband antenna applicable as an internal antenna in small mobile terminals especially. The antenna (200) is a PIFA placed inside the housing of a mobile station with at least two operating bands. A first resonance falling into a lower operating band is produced by means of a radiating conductive pattern (B21) in planar element (220). To improve the characteristics of the antenna in the upper operating band the planar element further comprises a slot (232) which goes between the feed point (F) and the short-circuit point (S) of the antenna. The radiator provided by this slot can be considered a quarter-wave slot radiator or a half-wave loop radiator. The PIFA further may have another radiator, which resonates in the upper operation band. By means of said slot the upper operating band of an antenna can be widened or the radiation in the horizontal plane in the upper operating band can be made more effective.

    摘要: A dielectric covered continuous slot (DCCS) antenna operable at RF frequencies. The antenna includes a conical or cylindrical dielectric radome structure having a nominal thickness equal to one quarter wavelength at a frequency of operation of the antenna. A conductive layer is defined on a contour surface of the radome structure, with a plurality of continuous slots defined in the conductive layer. The slots extend circumferentially about the longitudinal axis of the antenna and are spaced apart in a longitudinal sense. A serpentine end-fed signal transmission structure is disposed within the radome structure for carrying RF feed signals from an excitation end of the structure to a second end of the transmission structure. The slots are disposed along the serpentine transmission structure such that energy leaks from the transmission structure through the slots and the radome structure, forming a beam which is scannable in a direction along the longitudinal antenna axis by scanning the transmit signal frequency. Due to the frequency dispersive effective electrical length of the transmission structure, the slot spacing effectively changes as the frequency is scanned, thereby scanning the beam. The antenna provides room for an IR (infrared) seeker in the nose of the cone, without blocking the view of the conical/cylindrical antenna.
