    摘要: A stator device which prevents the formation of varnish accumulations on jumper wires, thereby preventing jumper wire breakage due to temperature variations. A gap is created between the jumper wire and the stud located on the stator body. When varnish is applied to the stud and the jumper wires, excess varnish flows through the gap and pools underneath. Moreover, when there is a significant accumulation of varnish in the gap, the varnish will flow off from the edge of the stator body.

An insulated conductor substrate is positioned in the diode receiving cavity and has a conductive surface that is insulated from the rectifier body and negative diodes. Positive diodes are secured on the insulated conductive substrate. A terminal connector interconnects negative and positive diodes in a preferred bridge rectifier configuration.

    摘要: A small-size motor has a case cover 11 formed with three voids, and electric elements such as chip capacitors are contained in the three voids. A first electric element is mechanically fixed between a pair of brush units in a first void and is electrically connected. The remaining two second and third electric elements are located on both sides of the first electric element and are pressed on a brush base in a motor shaft direction by a body earth terminal 14 in second and third voids, so that the body earth terminal 14 is fixed to the case cover 11 and the two electric elements are mechanically fixed and electrically connected. A sufficient space is secured in the motor case cover made of synthetic resin, so that three electric elements such as chip capacitors can be incorporated together with their wiring and support arrangement.

A free end portion of each supporting leg is in contact with an electric circuit board. A pressing member has a pressing portion, a pair of positioning portions perpendicularly extending from opposite end portions of the pressing portion, and a pair of connecting portions projecting from the pair of positioning portions respectively. The connecting portions are engaged with supporting legs of the heat sink respectively. The pressing portion presses switching devices to the heat sink. The positioning portions are inserted into the through-holes of the electric circuit board respectively.
