The invention is characterized in that the first part (2) of the stator magnetic circuit and the electrical windings (7 and 8) are mounted inside a stator chamber (20) with sealed wall, the second part (10) of the stator magnetic circuit, the cylindrical rotor (14) being located outside said chamber. The invention is applicable in the oil industry for pumping fluids in bottom holes producing hydrocarbons in liquid, gas or polyphase form and in chemical and nuclear industries for pumping dangerous or chemically harmful fluids.

摘要： A washer pump motor includes a case having a pair of arcuate walls and a pair of flat walls. A pair of brushes are opposed to a commutator. A lid, which forms part of the case, includes a pair of brush supports for respectively supporting the brushes. Each brush support includes a base plate, which is fixed to the lid, and a plate spring, which detachably engages with the base plate. The plate spring has a retained portion retained by the corresponding base plate and a resilient arm portion to which the corresponding brush is fixed. The resilient arm portion extends from the retained portion and is substantially parallel to the flat walls. This maximizes the length of the resilient arm portion and maintains the performance of the motor. Also, this arrangement permits miniaturization of the motor and facilitates assembly.

摘要： A spindle motor comprises a housing 10 including a through hole with a pair of apertures, one of the apertures being closed by a thrust plate 70 and the other aperture being open; a bearing 60 accommodated in the housing 90; a rotating shaft 30 inserted into the bearing 60; a displacement restraining structure for restraining movement of the rotating shaft 30 toward the open aperture by engaging the rotation shaft 30 with the bearing 60; a rotating member secured to the rotating shaft; and a motor generating electromagnetic function for rotating the rotating member. The through hole of the housing 90 includes a large diameter portion 92A at the thrust plate 70 side and a small diameter portion 92B at the open aperture side, and a stepped portion 93 is formed at a transition portion between the large diameter portion 92A and the small diameter portion 92B. At least a portion of the bearing 60 is located at the large diameter portion 92A side of the housing 90, and engages with the stepped portion 93 of the housing 90.

摘要： A brushless motor for a vehicle air conditioner has a motor holder having an accommodation portion, a stator having a center piece fastened to a bottom of the accommodation portion and a core on which a winding is wound, and an exciting circuit disposed below the bottom to supply an exciting current to the winding. A terminal of the exciting circuit is upwardly extended to an upper side of the core through a through hole formed in the bottom and a terminal accommodation hole formed in the center piece to be connected to the winding. Liquid having entered the accommodation portion is restricted from falling through the through hole of the bottom by an O-ring disposed to surround the through hole and is drained through a drain opening formed in the bottom. As a result, a connection portion between the terminal and the winding and the exciting circuit are restricted from making contact with liquid.
