    摘要： An electrical submersible pump assembly has a pump driven by a motor. A pressure compensator has first and second bellows units axially separated from each other. Each of the first and second bellows units are movable between an increased volume position and a decreased volume position and have a bias toward the decreased volume position. The bias of the first bellows unit is greater than the bias of the second bellows unit. The greater bias of the first bellows unit over the second bellows unit causes the second bellows unit to be at a full volume position at a lower level of the pressure differential than the level at which the first bellows unit is at the full volume position.

    摘要： A fluid delivery system for an inverted electric submersible pump (ESP), where the ESP has a motor section positioned above a pump section in a production path of a hydrocarbon well. The system has a supply of fluid connected to the motor section of the ESP by a supply line and a positive displacement pump that pumps fluid through the supply line to the ESP. A valve is connected between the positive displacement pump and the ESP. The valve is in an open state when the positive displacement pump is pumping fluid. A bypass line is connected in parallel to the positive displacement pump and connected between the normally closed valve and the supply of fluid, the bypass line having a check valve that permits the flow of fluid from the supply of fluid to the ESP.

    摘要： Upper and lower pressure equalizers couple to a lower end of a motor of an electrical, submersible pump assembly. An intermediate connection having a liquid flow passage connects the pressure equalizers. A connection valve located in the liquid flow passage closes the liquid flow passage prior to connecting the pressure equalizers with each other, and opens the liquid flow passage after the connection between the pressure equalizers is made. A sensor lower equalizer wire extends from a sensor unit through the lower pressure equalizer to a lower electrical terminal at the upper end of the lower pressure equalizer. A sensor upper equalizer wire connects to the lower electrical terminal and extends through, the upper pressure equalizer to an upper electrical terminal at the upper end of the upper pressure equalizer. A sensor motor wire extends downward from the motor into engagement with the upper electrical terminal.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a watertight apparatus for an underwater motor, comprising a double oil jacket for preventing high-pressure water from entering the underwater motor along a rotary shaft of the underwater motor. According to the present invention, high-pressure water is prevented from entering the underwater motor along the rotary shaft of the underwater motor even in the case of mechanical devices which operate in deep water, thereby preventing failure in the operation of or damage to mechanical devices caused by the ingress of water. In addition, the oil jacket can be easily replaced, thereby enabling the effective performance of maintenance and repair of mechanical devices.

    摘要： A submersible pump system with a pump, motor and compensator assembly. In one embodiment, the compensator assembly is made up of multiple elastomeric compensators and a housing. The elastomeric compensators, which are made up of an engaging end, a floating end and a series of alternating crests and grooves, may contain motor cooling liquid. The crests and grooves extend along the compensator's longitudinal axis. The compensators possess a degree of elasticity sufficient for a width of at least one of the respective grooves to expand and contract along with the motor cooling liquid. The crests slide along an interior wall of the housing, while the floating end moves within the housing in cooperation with expansion and contraction of the width of at least one of the grooves.
