    Abstract: An example process may include selecting a telephone number to use as a calling number assigned to an enterprise entity to call a mobile device, transmitting a call content notification to a pre-call application programming interface (API) identifying call content associated with a future call to the mobile device, forwarding the identified call content to a content verification server, responsive to receiving a verification the call content is acceptable, retrieving the call content from a call content database, forwarding the call content to the mobile device, and displaying the call content on the mobile device responsive to a call being received at the mobile device.

    Abstract: A system of a telecommunications network that blocks spoofed calls. The system includes an interconnect session border controller (I-SBC) that can receive an inbound call over a network interface. The inbound call is associated with an identifier (e.g., a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) identifier). The I-SBC causes a Spoofed Call Identification Function (SCIF) to compare the SIP identifier of the inbound call against a list of allowable SIP identifiers. In one example, the I-SBC receives an indication from the SCIF that the SIP identifier of the inbound call does not match any identifier on the list of allowable SIP identifiers. As such, the system rejects the inbound call as an illegitimate call. The illegitimate call is not forwarded to an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) of the telecommunications network.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and, to a call control method and device. The call control method includes: A first electronic device receives a first call from a second electronic device, and displays a first waiting-for-answering screen. A second call from a third electronic device is received before the first electronic device answers the first call. The first electronic device answers the first call in response to a first operation in the first waiting-for-answering screen. The first electronic device displays a second waiting-for-answering screen after the first call is answered. The first electronic device answers the second call in response to a second operation in the second waiting-for-answering screen. According to these technical solutions, after receiving a new call request during an ongoing call setup, directly rejecting the new call request can be avoided, thereby preventing missed calls in call conflict scenarios.

At least one processor, individually and/or collectively, may be configured to carry out the operations of: displaying a first background image in a first background image display area configured to display a background image in a display area activated to display visual information on the display; monitoring, on the basis of data received from the posture sensor, whether the posture of the electronic device has changed from a first posture corresponding to a portrait mode to a second posture corresponding to a landscape mode, or from the second posture to the first posture; monitoring whether there is a visual change in the execution screen of an application in the activated display area; based on recognizing, as a result of the monitoring, a change in the posture of the electronic device or a visual change in the execution screen of an application, configuring a second background image display area, which has a reduced size compared to the first background image display area, in the activated display area; reconstructing a second background image from the first background image, so that the second background image can be displayed in the second background image display area; and displaying the second background image in the second background image display area.
