    摘要： A baking oven for producing baked, preferably edible products, includes at least one upper heating apparatus configured as a radiant heating apparatus and at least one lower heating apparatus configured as a radiant heating apparatus in each of which a fuel mixture containing primary air and a fuel is burnt. The upper heating apparatus is disposed in an upper baking area and above an upper transport level and is directed onto a back surface of an upper plate configuration for heating a baking mould from above. The lower heating apparatus is disposed in a lower baking area between the upper transport level and a lower transport level and is directed onto the back surface of a lower plate configuration for heating the baking mould from above.

    摘要： An oven has an insulator placed between an inner cavity and an outer housing. The inner cavity is a one-piece clay pot with the top and bottom having equal inside diameters while the middle portion is larger in diameter, to facilitate heat circulation. The heating elements are connected to an electric circuit and are controlled by a control panel. The control panel has a power switch, a thermostat, a timer, an indicator lamp, and a temperature indicator. The heating elements are circular in shape and are located around the bottom inside of the inner cavity. The oven may be accompanied with accessories for baking and for removing baked dough.

    摘要： A method and apparatus are described for providing top heat to assist with baking in an oven appliance having a gas bake burner. The top heat is provided by a heating element positioned in the top of the oven cavity. This top heating element is operated in a manner that assists the bottom, gas bake burner with properly browning the food on both its top and bottom. The operation of the both the top heating element and the gas bake burner can be varied to provide proper cooking and browning based upon e.g., the type of food being cooked, the amount of food being cooked, and the level of browning desired.

    摘要： An oven for warming pre-packaged foods is disclosed having a removable bottom portion on which the foods may be stacked in baskets so that warm air may flow across and around the individual packages when the bottom is inserted in the oven. The oven has an upper plenum portion containing a heater element and a fan which forces air across the heater elements down through one of the sides of the oven through a tapered duct and outwardly through a diffuser panel into the oven. Part of the air re-enters the plenum portion in the center and part of it passes through a second diffuser panel back up a second tapered duct and back into the plenum portion. Provision is also made for periodically reversing the direction of air flow to provide a more uniform heating of the food product.

    摘要： A radiation and convection heated oven in which infrared radiant heat is generated by one or more sets of coplanar positioned heaters, the radiation from each set of heaters being directed through a transparent reradiating panel, such as a fused quartz panel, forming a wall of an oven chamber. The oven chamber is provided with a plurality of shelves also transparent to the radiant heat and supporting heat absorbing containers. The radiation passing into the oven chamber being distributed in an essentially uniform pattern by reflecting surfaces for absorption by the containers as well as the exposed surfaces of food contained therein. Simultaneously, air is circulated past the set or sets of heaters and the transparent panels and around the food containers to control excess radiant temperatures and supplement the radiant heat applied to the food.
