摘要： A method of preparing a cut length of slide fastener chain for operational use includes: providing a system that includes first and second machines; providing a cut length of slide fastener chain; introducing a notch to one end of the cut length of slide fastener chain, using the first machine; orienting a slider body onto a positioning device, using the second machine, so that the slider body is in a fixed position; inserting the notched end of the cut length of slide fastener chain into a mouth of the slider body; and pulling the cut length of slide fastener chain through the slider body by a distance, thereby mounting the slider body to the cut length of slide fastener chain.

摘要： There is provided a slide fastener stringer. A substrate tape includes a first main side having a rough surface structure perceptible to the eye and/or the touch and a second main side opposite to the first main side. A gripping member is affixed to a longitudinal edge of the first main side of the substrate tape. A cover sheet is made of an artificial flexible material and has a 5 top surface provided with a predetermined design and a bottom layer made of a thermoformable material having a predetermined thickness. The bottom layer is attached to the second main side of the substrate tape such that the surface structure of the second main side of the substrate tape is not perceivable through the cover sheet.

摘要： The disclosure discloses a fastener tape, a slide fastener and a fastener tape manufacturing device. The fastener tape includes a fastener tape body and a fastener element fixed to a first side of the fastener tape body. A second side of the fastener tape body is folded toward a back side of the fastener tape body, and a bent part extending along a length direction of the fastener tape is formed after the folding. The bent part divides the fastener tape body into a first fastener tape part and a second fastener tape part respectively located on a front surface and a back surface of the fastener tape body. Each of the plurality of resin-based teeth is integrally molded to the woven portion along the cord.
