摘要： A calibration tool for a coffee grinder can receive an image from a camera. The image can depict coffee grinds produced by the coffee grinder. The calibration tool can analyze the image using one or more image processing techniques to determine a representative grind size for the coffee grinds. The calibration tool can determine whether the representative grind size of the coffee grinds deviates from a predefined reference size by at least a threshold amount. In response to determining that the representative grind size of the coffee grinds deviates from the predefined reference size by at least the threshold amount, the calibration tool can output an instruction indicating how to calibrate the coffee grinder to more closely adhere to the predefined reference size.

摘要： The present invention discloses a grinding core structure for bean grinder, which belongs to the technical field of grinding devices, comprising a frustum-shaped grinding core body. A plurality of grinding teeth are evenly distributed on the periphery of the grinding core body in the longitudinal direction. At least one first convex edge is laterally arranged at the outer side of the upper section of the grinding teeth, and at least one second convex edge is longitudinally arranged at the outer side of the lower section of the grinding teeth. The present invention provides an embodiment of a grinding core structure, in which the first convex edges of the grinding core can quickly crush beans at the beginning of grinding for subsequently grinding them into finer particles, and the second convex edges further grind crushed beans to improve grinding efficiency and uniformity of fine powder.

摘要： An herb grinder comprises a first enclosure defining a first chamber for holding unground herbs, first and second grinding plates, and a second enclosure defining a second chamber that receives ground herbs. The first grinding plate defines an opening that allows unground herbs to pass from the first chamber. The grinding plates each have a plurality of grinding teeth. The second grinding plate is parallel to and spaced apart from the first grinding plate to define a grinding space therebetween. The second grinding plate defines a plurality of holes. The grinding teeth of each grinding plate are staggered such that, when the first and/or second grinding plates selectively rotate, there is no contact between the grinding teeth. The relative movement of the grinding teeth grinds herbs in the grinding space. The ground herbs pass through the plurality of holes in the second grinding plate into the second chamber.

摘要： A touch free, spice dispenser is provided including a container for holding spices, a holder for supporting the container on an external support, a grinding mechanism and a sensor for activating the grinding mechanism in response to the presence of an object. The container has an open end and a closed end. The holder includes an end cap for support of the container, a hook for engagement with a support member and a strap extending between the hook and the end cap. The grinding mechanism is positioned in the end cap of the holder and is in electrical communication with a contact pad located on the hook. The grinding mechanism includes a grinder plate and a motor to rotate the grinder plate in response to a signal received from the sensor. Holes in the grinder plate and apertures in the end cap allow for passage of the spices out of the dispenser. A support assembly is also provided for supporting the dispenser above a food item.
