    摘要: A combined anchor and rebar assembly includes a rebar, a bolt head, an anchor bolt and a weld joint. The bolt head is formed integrally as one piece with an end of the rebar. The anchor bolt includes a threadless portion and a threaded portion. The threaded portion has a diameter smaller than that of the threadless portion and is formed with a screw thread. The weld joint joins another end of the rebar to the threadless portion in a manner that the rebar and the threadless portion are aligned along an axial line. The weld joint has a cross section larger than that of the threadless portion and projects radially from the rebar and the threadless portion. A method of producing the combined anchor and rebar assembly is also disclosed.

The helical notch is proximal to but spaced apart from a tip of the shank. The notch is trapezoidal in cross section, and has a notch bottom, an open end opening at an outer peripheral surface of the shank oppositely of the notch bottom, and two opposite notch walls extending divergingly from the notch bottom to the open end. The open end is larger in width than the notch bottom. A method of making the screw is also disclosed.

    摘要: The distribution of load stresses on threads engaged with a standard screw or nut is very unequal. Indeed, the first threads in engagement support a large majority of the load. So if the load is too important, the threads give way and the function is not provided any more by the screw or the nut. In the prior art, threads are known whose depth or pitch varies a lot in order to cause a self-clamping. In particular, the invention aims at optimizing the resistance and the fatigue resistance of the screws by distributing the load at the very best on their threads without causing this self-clamping. It was shown that the control of the pitch variation, within a chosen pitch tolerance, makes it possible to control the stress distribution on the threads. It is possible to determine a different variation for each load case encountered.
