The workpiece spindle and the swivel head (14) are adjustable relative to one another along three mutually perpendicular linear axes (X, Y, Z). One axis (Y) extends parallel to the pivot axis (B). Another axis (Z) extends parallel to the axis (C) of workpiece rotation. At least one tool spindle is attached to the swivel head with its tool axis of rotation (D′) extending parallel to the pivot axis (B).

摘要: The invention discloses a system for hole making for an aircraft skin by normal positioning and locking. The hole-making system includes a posture adjustment part, a normal positioning and locking part and a hole-making execution part. This system solves the problems that the device in the prior art has high complexity and cumbersome positioning and does not adapt to complex curved surfaces, thereby failing to satisfy the needs of efficient hole making in different space states. In the present invention, the expansion of an outer expansion sleeve in a bottom sleeve locks a normal direction for hole making, thereby ensuring the positioning accuracy of the normal direction. An axial position is locked by the mutual cooperation of an axial positioning groove of the bottom sleeve and an axial positioning rib of the outer expansion sleeve. A hole-making auxiliary cylinder contracts to counteract part of an axial force for hole making.

The tool spindle can be swiveled relative to the X slide in a swivel plane (E2), which runs parallel to the center plane, about a swivel axis (A).

摘要: A method of operating a part cleaning machine includes removably attaching a part to a part holder. A selected first one of a plurality of tools is transferred from a tool holder to a tool chuck to perform a desired cleaning operation. The selected first one of the tools is positioned in a pre-defined tool cleaning position by moving a chuck holder along an axis on a tool positioning plane. The part is positioned in a pre-defined part cleaning position by at least one of moving a cradle along an X axis, rotating the cradle about a first cradle axis, or rotating the part holder about a second cradle axis. The desired cleaning operation is performed on the part with the selected first one of the tools, with the part in the pre-defined part cleaning position and the selected first one of the tools in the pre-defined tool cleaning position.

摘要: A method for synchronous control of a gantry mechanism with online inertia matching is applicable to a machine tool equipped with a gantry mechanism. The gantry mechanism includes two rails, a crossbeam and a saddle, in which the saddle is disposed on the crossbeam, and the crossbeam is disposed by crossing the two rails. Each of the two rails is furnished with a driving apparatus for synchronously driving the crossbeam, and the driving apparatus includes a drive motor and a lead screw. This method includes the steps of: obtaining gantry-mechanism information; detecting position information of the saddle on the crossbeam; evaluating the position information and the gantry-mechanism information to derive load-inertia variety information; and, evaluating the load-inertia variety information to adjust torque-output information of the drive motor corresponding to the respective driving apparatus.
