Manufacturing step: the rod is milled via a milling cutting step to form a chain fixing groove, a detaching portion, an axial groove and a screwing portion, the chain fixing groove having a retaining wall, the retaining wall being milled to form an arc notch, the screwing portion being threaded to form a threaded hole via a drilling and tapping step. Heat treatment step: after the manufacturing process, the rod is heat treated. Sheet metal part assembling step: a sheet metal part is assembled to the chain tool by at least one connecting part; therefore, the chain tool is attachable to the sheet metal part.

摘要： The Golf Grip Seating Tool permits tapeless seating of a grip onto the shaft of a golf club by having the controllable application of compressed air expand the grip, as it is positioned onto the shaft of the golf club. The Golf Grip Seating Tool comprises an enclosing member having an axial bore with an open end and a closed end, a slot, and a convergent nozzle mounted medially in the closed end of the enclosing member. The open end of the grip goes over the open end of the golf club shaft and forms a seal to allow the compressed air applied via the nozzle in the enclosing member to expand the grip yet allow excess air to escape between the grip and the shaft as the grip controllably inflates at the distal end.

摘要： A device to hold roller chain is disclosed for holding roller chain in position for repair, maintenance, and the like. The device includes first and second jaws which are generally parallel. Each jaw has first and second ends, inner and outer faces, and two side faces. Each of the jaws has a primary gripping recess in the inner face near one end to grip the roller chain. Each jaw may also have a secondary gripping recess at the opposite end of the jaw. First and second shank members extend between the jaws and through at least one of the jaws. Each shank member has a cylindrical shank with external threads. The device has two shank channels, with each shank channel extending from the inner to the outer face of one of the jaws. The shanks pass through the shank channels. A pair of nut members engage the threads of the shanks adjacent to the outer faces. A coil spring surrounds each shank between the first and second jaws and biases the jaws away from each other. The shank members and nut members allow the jaws to be adjusted to grip the roller chain, while the coil springs keep the device stable.

摘要： An improved pneumatic tool for the removal and application of tire cross chains configured having a manually actuated valve connected at its inlet port to a compressed air source and at its outlet port to a pneumatic diaphragm motor for actuation of a diaphragm. The control valve includes an air bleed port which allows air to escape through the valve when the trigger or other operating mechanism is released deactivating the valve. This feature allows an almost immediate recovery of the jaws to the open position. The pneumatic tool for the removal and application of tire cross chains also includes a fixed jaw support assembly having a base plate for attachment to the face of the pneumatic diaphragm motor, the fixed jaw support assembly having a pair of upright members attached to the base plate and extending perpendicularly and in spaced apart relationship to one another to accommodate the attachment of the fixed and the moveable jaws between the two upright members thereto. This feature eliminates torque between the jaw assemblies and the pneumatic diaphragm motor when pressure is applied to the jaws.
