摘要： A chain tool for disassembling a quick link connecting two ends of a chain includes a body having a contact portion curved along a linear direction conforming to the shape of a roller of the quick link, and an impact portion located oppositely, a blocking portion is formed on at least one of two opposite sides of the body relevant to the contact portion, each blocking portion and the contact portion extend in parallel to each other, and a groove is formed between the contact portion and each blocking portion; while the invention is in use, the contact portion abuts with the roller at an end of the chain-connecting tool, the blocking portion blocks a link plate at a side of the quick link, a user hits against the impact portion for displacing the link plates thereby disassembling the quick link, and then the grooves receive the displaced link plates.

摘要： A chain tool has two members each having a first edge formed with an opening to be engaged with the opening of the other member so that the two members can be pivoted with respect to each other. Each member has an opposite second edge provided with a recess and also has a guide groove in communication with the recess and the corresponding opening, wherein the recess is lightly deeper than the guide groove. Each member further has a rib extending along the corresponding first edge and projecting into the corresponding opening to form a protruding portion. When the openings of the two members are brought into engagement, the protruding portion of each member is moved along the guide groove of the other member into engagement in the recess of the other member.

摘要： A drive chain includes two end chain components and a connecting plate. Each of the end chain components has a pin hole and a connecting pin. The connecting pin includes a main segment inserted into the pin hole and having a diameter, an anchoring end segment axially spaced apart from the main segment and having a diameter, and a constricted neck extending between the main segment and the anchoring end segment. The connecting plate has two spaced anchoring holes each having a diameter that is originally smaller than the diameter of the main segment and larger than the diameter of the anchoring end segment. The main segment of the connecting pin is force-fitted in a corresponding one of the anchoring holes so that the end chain components are joined to each other. A tool device to assemble or disassemble the drive chain is also disclosed.

In an embodiment, the part holder is a generally parallelepiped shaped resilient urethane rubber block with slight notches at the corner suitable for releasably securing the part holder in an interference snap-in fit pattern with the interior perimeter walls of a part holder aperture in a chain linking tool. Alternately, the part holder may be provided for separate use in a stand alone fashion. In an embodiment, a thru hole aperture is provided in the parts holder for use with a securing device, such as a key chain, so that the parts holder can be reliably secured to a known location, especially in the event that the parts holder is not secured to and within a chain linking tool.

摘要： A conveyor chain pin remover includes a gear case with an attached handle, an actuating lever, a ratchet mechanism engaged by the actuating lever and first and second aligned passthrough openings. A retaining bar, is attached adjacent a first end to the gear case and has a chain retaining fixture located adjacent a second end. The chain retaining fixture has a barrier portion located orthogonally to the retaining bar and has a central aperture located in the barrier portion. A ram has a pin punch portion located at a first end and a rack portion extending substantially from a second end toward the pin punch portion. The rack portion fits slidably through the first and second aligned passthrough openings with teeth of the rack portion engaging the ratchet mechanism. The pin punch portion fits slidably through the central aperture and is smaller in diameter than pins of a roller chain.

摘要： The invention relates to a foldable tool set installed with a chain repair tool. The tool set has a housing and foldaway tools pivoted on the housing. The chain repair tool comprises a main body and an ejector pin screwed on top of the main body. The chain repair tool is pivoted on the tool set and can be folded within the tool set or lifted outward. In addition, an arm is included and one end of it is pivoted on one side of the chain repair tool to control movement of the chain repair tool. The chain repair tool and the arm are folded together in the housing. Accordingly, operation of disassembling and reassembling of chains can be conducted with this tool set without any other required tools.
