    摘要: Disclosed is a bamboo strip shaping method, which includes the following steps: S01: cutting a bamboo tube, and removing inner joints, outer joints and bamboo outer skin; S02: trisecting or quartering the bamboo tube in a longitudinal direction to obtain curved bamboo strips; S03: placing the curved bamboo strips in a bamboo strip shaping device for processing; S04: subjecting the curved bamboo strips to steam treatment and heating softening treatment; S05: pressing and shaping the curved bamboo strips to obtain flattened bamboo strips, and drying for a first time under a maintained pressure; S06: wetting bamboo outer skin surfaces and bamboo inner skin surfaces of the flattened bamboo strips, and drying for a second time; and S07: wetting the bamboo outer skin surfaces and the bamboo inner skin surfaces of the flattened bamboo strips, and drying for a third time.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush and a toothbrush manufactured thereby. According to the method of manufacturing bamboo toothbrush of a detailed embodiment of the present invention and a toothbrush manufactured by the method, it is possible to improve strength, surface roughness, and moisture resistance of a bamboo and adjust the color of the bamboo using hot pressing. Further, since sanding and polishing and separate coating and drying are not performed, the process time is reduced, whereby the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

    摘要: An apparatus for delaminating a bamboo into fibers includes a machine frame, a machine seat arranged in a middle of the machine, a machine cover matching with the machine seat, a push plate, a power source, and an elastic member. The machine seat includes multiple grooves formed in a top to respectively receive therein bamboo pieces. The machine cover includes multiple ribs formed on a bottom thereof. The machine cover is slidable relative to the machine seat to have the ribs of the machine cover respectively receivable in and engageable with the grooves of the machine seat so as to sandwich bamboo pieces therebetween. A push plate is driven by the power source to selectively move relative to the machine seat and has a bent end portion that bends and pushes portions of the bamboo pieces to slide on the top of the machine cover.

    摘要: Composite panels and pulp, and paper products of the pulp, are produced from Arundo donax. In the fabrication of the composite panels, Arundo donax is comminuted to a suitable size, combined with a binder, and consolidated into panels that meet standards for construction and/or furniture grade panels. The Arundo donax particulates may be combined with wood particulates to produce a mixed furnish that can be used in the preparation of composite panels. Comminuted Arundo donax is treated, in conventional pulping processes, to produce a high tensile strength pulp that can be used in the production of paper. The pulp has a lighter color than wood pulp, and thereby uses less bleaching chemicals to achieve a desired whiteness. The pulp can be combined with wood pulp to produce a variety of products.
