摘要: A structure of a screen printing plate comprises a supporting frame, a composite screen, a first and a second adhesive body, and an adhesive tape. The composite screen is connected to the supporting frame and comprises a first and a second screen. The first screen is disposed along the supporting frame and encloses a central region. The second screen covers the central region and is in partial overlapped with and connected to the first screen, wherein the screens are made from different materials. The first adhesive body is disposed between the first and the second screens and connects them. The second adhesive body is disposed on one side of the composite screen and covers the first adhesive body. The adhesive tape is opposite to the second adhesive body and is disposed on the other side of the composite screen. A manufacturing method of a screen printing plate is also provided.

摘要: In embodiments, the present invention relates to a method of producing a multilayered printed item, comprising: (a) providing a coating of curable composition comprising a polymer powder, at least one plasticizer, and at least one monomer and/or oligomer, onto the substrate or a thereon previously applied layer or coating; (b) heating the curable coating composition to a temperature of about 70-120° C., to provide a gelled curable coating; (c) providing a coating of curable composition comprising a polymer powder, at least one plasticizer, and at least one monomer and/or oligomer, onto the previously applied layer or coating; (d) heating the other curable as above, to provide second gelled curable coating; (e) before crosslinking is performed, the multilayer-coated substrate formed is heated to a temperature of about 130-160° C.; and (f) crosslinking the heated multilayer-coated substrate, by irradiation and/or subjection to heat at a temperature of about 165-190° C.

摘要: A stencil for use in stenciling complex symbols incorporates a stencil substrate employing a flexible material, having a plurality of symbols arranged thereon. A plurality of folding stiffeners are incorporated in the substrate, each stiffener being positioned to split symbols having stencil cutouts forming isolated elements within an interior of the symbol. The stiffeners are foldable about a vertex, to collapse into a raised position and bring together the split symbol, with the stiffeners supporting the isolated elements created by the cutouts and portions of the stencil cutouts forming the symbols that extend into coincident channels in the folding stiffeners, to bridge adjoining portions of said split characters.

摘要: A fabric mesh panel having a print area and a perimeter mesh area, the perimeter mesh area having folded-back edge portions which are adhesively attached to a remainder of the perimeter mesh area. The folded-back edge portions have stress relieving cuts extending from a termination edge back toward edge pockets defined by the mesh edge portions. Continuous adhesive strips extend around the fabric mesh panel on the top and bottom surfaces of the mesh panel, overlapping the termination edge of the folded back edge portion on the top surface of the mesh panel and in approximate registry therewith on the bottom surface of the mesh panel.

摘要: A printing screen and a sealant printing method are provided. The printing screen includes a frame, a mesh/screen fixed on the frame, and a film formed on the mesh. The portion of the mesh that is not covered by the film forms a feeding port in a rectangular ring shape. The rectangular ring includes two opposite first sides and two opposite second sides. The width of an upper opening of the cross section across the first sides is less than or equal to that of an upper opening of the cross section across the second sides. At a first height, the area of the cross section across the first sides is greater than that of the cross section across the second sides, the first height being less than the thickness of the film. The printing screen and the sealant printing method solve the problem of poor height uniformity of sealants.

摘要: A thermal stencil making unit that makes a stencil of a perforated image on a thermal gauze by moving a thermal print head having the plurality of heat elements relative to the thermal gauze tightly stretched in a gauze frame detachably set in a unit housing, includes a head-protecting member that moves between a protection position where the thermal print head is protected and a protection release position where a protective state is released. The thermal stencil making unit moves the head-protecting member to the protection position when the gauze frame is not set in the unit housing and moves the head-protecting cover member from the protection position to the protection release position, in conjunction with an operation of setting the gauze frame in the unit housing.

摘要: A photosensitive stencil includes a porous stencil carrier that can be a sheet of woven material with crisscrossing filaments. The stencil carrier is coated with a photopolymer emulsion that is water based to form a stencil blank. In use, a light mask is disposed atop the stencil blank. The light mask can be contained on a sheet of paper or a transparent film. Alternatively the stencil blank is fed through an inkjet printer and the light mask is printed directly onto the stencil blank using common inks. The stencil blank is then exposed to light for a few minutes, which cross-links the photopolymer emulsion in unmasked regions. After exposure, the stencil blank is developed by being washed out with water. The water removes emulsion and adhesive, where present, within areas that were masked by the light mask, revealing open or open regions through which ink or paint can be applied.
