摘要: A seat assembly includes a cushion motor linked to a pinion gear for providing concentric rotation of a linkage through rotational engagement of the pinion gear with a sector gear. The seat assembly includes a seat back pivotally coupled to a seat cushion and a seat base adapted for mounting the seat assembly within an automotive vehicle. The linkage includes a front link and a rear link extending between the seat cushion and the seat base, wherein pivoting of the linkage moves the seat assembly between a plurality of positions. A recliner mechanism is operatively coupled to the front link for selectively allowing pivoting thereof, and the sector gear is fixed to the front link. Actuation of the cushion motor when the recliner mechanism is unlocked rotates the pinion gear, causing the sector gear to rotate for pivoting the linkage to move the seat assembly between the plurality of positions.

Each of the plurality of pawls include first teeth positioned at opposing ends thereof and second teeth positioned between the first teeth. Each of the first teeth have a first flat face and a second flat face. The first teeth have a different profile than the second teeth. The cam is configured to engage with the plurality of pawls to reposition the plurality of pawls from a first position where the plurality of pawls do not engage with the second plate and a second position where the plurality of pawls engage with the second plate.

摘要: An airflow sensing seat comprises a seat body (1), an airbag (2), a sensing assembly (3), and a micro control unit (4). The airbag (2) is provided in the seat body (1). A deformable support structure (21) is provided in the airbag (2). The support structure (21) is used to maintain an appropriate amount of gas in the airbag (2). A transmission mechanism (5) is provided between the airbag (2) and the sensing assembly (3). The transmission mechanism (5) is used to transmit gas disturbance in the airbag (2) to the sensing assembly (3). The sensing assembly (3) is used to generate a corresponding analog electrical signal according to the gas disturbance. The sensing assembly (3) is electrically connected to the micro control unit (4). The sensing assembly (3) transmits the analog electrical signal to the micro control unit (4). The micro control unit (4) is used to perform analysis and computation on the analog electrical signal so as to acquire a biological signal of a user. The invention also relates to a method for adjusting a smart seat. The airflow sensing seat and an adjustment method therefor obviate the need to embed other electronic pressure sensing assemblies in the seat body, thereby avoiding damage to an electronic pressure sensing assembly due to frequent pressing thereon. In addition, the airbag does not need to be inflated during testing, thereby reducing costs.

摘要: A modular and electromechanically integrated easy-entry mechanism includes an easy-entry mechanism, manufactured independently of slide rail assemblies, and mounted on upper slide rails in the slide rail assemblies by fasteners. A total travel of slide rails is divided into a comfort travel for front-rear adjustment of a passenger and an easy-entry travel for increasing an easy-entry/exit space for a passenger in the third row seating. The unlocking of the slide rails is mechanically maintained in the easy-entry travel, and the slide rails are ensured to be locked at the front-most position of the comfort travel when a seat is retracted. The easy-entry mechanism is driven manually or by electric power, and acts independently on unlocking pins in slide rail locking mechanisms to unlock the slide rail assemblies. The easy-entry mechanism is modularly designed, easy to manufacture, mount, and replace, and does not affect the existing slide rail manufacturing process. Since the easy-entry mechanism independently acts on the unlocking pins in the slide rail locking mechanisms to unlock the slide rail assemblies, an existing manual slide rail unlocking module is not affected.
