摘要: A process and associated system for creating color effects using extrudable material, such as plastic and metal for example, are presented. Flows of first and second viscous materials of respective colors are provided and then combined in a predetermined pattern to form a stream of combined viscous material. A dynamic mixer is the then used to apply a predetermined dividing, overturning and combining motion to the stream of combined viscous material to partially mix the first viscous material and the second viscous material, such that upon exiting the dynamic mixer, the first material of the first color and the second material of the second color form a color pattern in the stream of combined viscous material. The dynamic mixer has elements configured for acquiring a specific radial orientation in a range of radial orientations that may be varied during the application of the dividing, overturning and combining motion to the stream of combined viscous material to cause variations in the color pattern in the stream of combined viscous material. Sheets of extruded material may be created using such process and system and used in the manufacturing of many different products including, but not limited to, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, garden furniture and many others. In some embodiments, the sheets may be characterized by color bands extending diagonally with reference to a longitudinal extent of the sheet.

摘要: The present invention relates to a nun-chuck-like kayaking mobility tool that enables easy maneuverability and repositioning of a kayak while obviating damage to a blade of a paddle or oar. The kayaking mobility tool includes a nun-chuck-like appearance, and includes a pair of shafts connected through a connecting cord. The shafts can be used for pushing off rocks, obstructions, the riverbed and other impediments in the kayaking path. The shafts and associated handles enable the kayaker to place the shafts on an underwater obstruction for turning the kayak in a desired direction while sitting in the kayak. The handles can include grips for comfortable holding of the shafts by the kayaker. The shafts can include caps at the respective bottom ends for secure gripping on the riverbed or obstruction. The mobility tool obviates the use of paddles/oars for pushing away from obstructions in order to reposition the kayak.

The intake valve can intake water. The nozzle can jettison water received in the pump from the intake valve and agitate water surrounding the nozzle.

A grip is provided that is integral with the hull and includes a recess that is formed in a skin of the hull and is integral with the hull, and the grip also includes an undercut that is formed in the skin of the hull proximate an edge of the recess.
