摘要: A landing gear assembly for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a shock tower, a pair of leg members, and suspension assemblies. The shock tower is adapted to mount to a frame of a fuselage of the UAV and includes upper and lower end mounts. The leg members are adapted to extend out from opposing sides of the lower end mounts. The leg members are flexible and each include an upper leg section pivotally mounted to the lower end mount and a lower leg section adapted to connect to a ground gear. The suspension assemblies are each mounted to and extend between the upper end mount and a corresponding one of the leg members. The suspension assemblies each include a damper and a spring.

The landing gear further comprises a mounting assembly arranged to engage the first region of the leaf spring to couple the leaf spring to the first landing gear element.

摘要: An insect-like jumping-flying robot is provided, which includes a flying module, a driving module and biomimetic bouncing legs. The flying module provides flying power via a propeller and a miniature model airplane motor, and front wings and rear wings provide lift, and moment required for attitude change. The driving module provides power with high power density via a brushless motor and is provided with two stages of deceleration to amplify the torque provided by the brushless motor. The first stage of deceleration is performed by a synchronous wheel set, and the second stage of deceleration is performed by a gear set. A driving push rod is used to transmit the power provided by the brushless motor to the biomimetic bouncing legs.

When tension is released from the cable (134), the passive device (130) exerts the first force so as to move the leg portion (128) a second direction that is opposite the first direction.

摘要: A damping landing gear assembly for a vertical takeoff and landing aircraft includes a spring housing forming a spring chamber, a spring disposed in the spring chamber and a plunger slidably coupled to the spring housing and movable between a compressed position and an extended position. The spring biases the plunger into the extended position during flight. The vertical takeoff and landing aircraft experiences a landing force during landing. The landing force compresses the plunger into the compressed position against the bias of the spring, thereby absorbing at least a portion of the landing force.
