摘要: A method of producing a packaging structure, including the steps: coating at least one surface of a first sheet base material and/or a second sheet base material with a synthetic polyisoprene latex having a weight average molecular weight of 500,000 -5,000,000 and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-300,000, sandwiching an article to be packaged in a state wherein the first and second sheet base material are in contact with each other via a latex coated surface formed on the first and/or second sheet base material to thereby obtain a laminated body, pressing a portion where at least the first and second sheet base material of the laminated body are in contact with each other via the latex coated surface at a temperature of 100° C. or less to thereby obtain a pressed laminated body, and performing a sterilization treatment on the pressed laminated body.

摘要: Provided herein is a furniture wrapping system. The furniture wrapping system includes a film roll support configured to unroll a first film across a path of the furniture article in a first direction, such that the film roll support positions a film barrier across the path. The furniture wrapping system includes a conveyor mechanism configured to carry the furniture article along the path and into the barrier. The furniture wrapping system includes a sealer configured to extend across the path to form a seal such that the furniture article is partially enclosed in the first film.

摘要: The objective of this invention is to provide a handle for carrying an article or a bundle of bottles that is more resistant to tearing and delaminating and can carry heavy loads. This is accomplished by placing a strip on the inside of the wrapping material so that the strip that forms the handle is enclosed within the wrapping material. The strip film maintains direct contact with the wrapping film. Direct contact is achieved by electrostatic bonding of the handle film on the wrapping film. Therefor more than 80% of the handle seals to the wrapping film.

摘要: Packaging forming system and related methods are provided. A packaging forming system can include a controller and nip rollers in communication with the controller. The nip rollers are positioned on either side of a product pathway on which products being packaged travel. The packaging forming system can include a top sheet material guide system that is configured to feed a top sheet material and a bottom sheet material guide system that is configured to feed a bottom sheet material to the nip rollers to form sides of packages around one or more products traveling along the pathway. The packaging forming system can include an adjustable table in communication with the controller and positioned along the pathway to provide support to the product being packaged such that the height of the table is movable to adjust a height position of each individual product to be packaged relative to the nip rollers.

摘要: A wrapped sanitary product comprises a wrapper and a sanitary product that provides for discreet storage and removal of a sanitary product, and/or discreet placement of a soiled sanitary product into a vacated wrapper to be discreetly disposed thereafter. The wrapper is formed such that an interior space is created to store a sanitary product. The wrapper has a storage configuration, and accessible configuration, and a second storage configuration. The wrapper has a port that provides access to the interior space and the sanitary product therein. The wrapper has a flap that can comprise a sticker or a tab, or both. The flap is sealed to the wrapper in a storage configuration, is at least partially removable from the wrapper in an accessible configuration, and is reclosable to the wrapper in a second storage configuration.

摘要: A method and apparatus are disclosed for compressing an elongate stack of folded absorbent tissues to form a tissue log. A stack of folded absorbent tissues is transported along a compression path from an input end to an output end, the compression path being defined between first and second opposed transport surfaces provided on first and second compression members. The first compression member is moved towards the second compression member from a first spacing to a second spacing to compress the stack and form the log. The compression path has a length greater than the stack length and during compression, the stack moves along the compression path with respect to the compression members. During this process, the stack will be compressed from a first height to a second height corresponding to the second spacing.
