摘要: The invention meets the needs above by providing a surfactant system, mixture or blend that can be used as a part of a soaking composition. The surfactant system is capable of forming emulsions with, and thus removing, oily and greasy stains. In a preferred embodiment the surfactant compositions of the invention can remove non-trans fat and fatty acid stains. The invention involves foaming soaking compositions that have some or part of the anionic surfactant present in the same replaced with an extended chain anionic surfactant.

摘要: The invention includes ware detergent compositions which provides superior cleaning and removal of oily and fatty soils, without the production of excessive foam. According to the invention applicants have discovered that use of a quaternary cationic surfactant in combination with a nonionic low foaming surfactant can provide oily soil removal from ware that is superior to traditional warewash detergent formulations. Compositions for alkaline, preferably solid, warewash detergents are disclosed, as well as their use in dish machines and methods of manufacture.

摘要: An aqueous cleaning composition comprising: (a) from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of the composition of a grease loosening system comprising: i) 50% or more by weight of the system of a low emulsifying surfactant wherein the low emulsifying surfactant is a nonionic ethoxylate having an HLB value of from about 13 to about 20; and ii) 50% or less by weight of the system of a high emulsifying material wherein the high emulsifying material is selected from the group consisting of nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of less than 13, a surfactant other than nonionic surfactants; antimicrobial quats and mixtures thereof; (b) a shine polymer comprising at least one monomer comprising a substantially planar 5-7 membered ring, said monomer preferably being selected from the group consisting of vinylpyrrolidone, vinylimidazoline, maleimide, styrene sulfonate and vinylcaprolactam; and (c) optionally a non-quaternary ammonium compound antimicrobial agent.

摘要: A natural cleaning and herbicide composition having an quaternary ammonium compound, one or more additional amine-based surfactants, and an herbicidally active limonene component, that synergistically creates an effective COVID-19 disinfectant in wipes, an effective clearer for bulk cleaning applications, as well as an impressive gross soils remover following EPA protocol. The composition may further contain sodium silicate, tetrasodium iminodisuccinate, an ethanolamine, caustic potash, and/or water. A formulation of the present disclosure comprises a mixture of about 74% soft water, about 1% Tetrasodium Iminodisuccinate, about 0.5% Monoethanolamine, about 0.5% Sodium Silicate, about 2% alkali surfactant, about 12% Ethoxylated Amine, about 1% Amine Oxide, about 1% Quaternary Amine, and about 6% Limonene.
