    摘要: A shuttleless weaving loom with a weft insertion device. A transfer device and retaining disc are connected to the weft insertion device such that the retaining disc holds the weft fiber in a fixed orientation as it traverses through the shed of the loom. A plurality of sensors which are part of a microcircuit are mounted on the retaining disc for measurement of the weft fiber's position. A signaling circuit is mounted on the shuttleless loom and an electrical connector is connected to the signaling circuit to allow for external monitoring or display of the weft fiber's position. The measurements from the plurality of sensors are communicated through the electrical connector to an external device such that the position and orientation of the weft fiber can be monitored or displayed as the weft insertion device travels through the shuttleless loom.

    摘要: A loom capable of weaving an ultra-high density textile includes: multiple heddles which make some warps of multiple warps separated from other warps; a weft guiding portion making wefts pass through an opening; a reed pressing the wefts passing through the opening towards a fell so as to form a textile; a feeding roller which feeds the warps to the heddles at a position that deviates and staggers from an imaginary plane passing through the center of the moving range of the heddles and the fell; a delivery loom beam delivering the warps to the feeding roller; and a textile winding loom beam winding the textile, when the heddles is at the center, the tension of the warps being set as 0.32 cN/dTex or more and 0.38 cN/dTex or less.

The weaving group (5) comprises a reed (9) therethrough the warp yarns (3) pass and cooperating with a bar (11) for forming the fabric (8). The weaving cloth (5) comprises two pincers (13) suitable for inserting a weft yarn between the warp yarns (3). The bar (11) has an indentation (16) faced towards the reed (9) and placed at the passing area of the warp (14). The pincers (13) have a first jaw (18) faced towards a second jaw (19) with substantially triangular profile. The invention also relates to the fabric made with such machine.

    摘要: A method of insertion of the weft thread into the shed of an air-operated jet loom in which a main stream of air supplied to an end of a direct pick channel in a swinging loom reed is supplemented at regular length intervals along the whole length of the direct pick channel by ancillary air streams oriented obliquely in the direction of the weft thread insertion into an open side of the direct pick channel through which the air streams move the weft thread. A device for carrying out the above method of insertion of the weft thread into the shed of a loom has a loom reed adapted to swing on an axis and is equipped with a direct pick channel, with a main pick jet related thereto on one lateral side, and with a plurality of ancillary jets situated at uniform intervals along its length and each ancillary jet having an outlet apertures oriented obliquely into the open side of the pick channel of the loom reed.

    摘要: The gripper loom has picking tapes and rapier heads whose centers of gravity are disposed above the top of the tape. Between the tape wheels and the shed, tape guides are provided to impart to the picking tapes an inclined direction of movement towards the shed. Due to these inclined tape guides, disengagement of the rapier heads from the raceway in the shed can be obviated, with a consequent reduction in the frequency of warp yarn breakages.

    摘要: A filling thread feeding device (2) comprises a thread guide (4) for placing at least one filling thread (S.sub.1) into the entrainment region of a gripper (6) which can be extended into and retracted out of a shed (8). A pair of scissors (22) open against a weaving reed (14) is incorporated at the insertion side externally of the fabric edge (20) in the region of a looping edge (16). The scissors serve for cutting off a previously inserted filling thread (S.sub.1, S.sub.2, S.sub.3, S.sub.4) during renewed insertion into the shed (8). The scissors (22) are designed and arranged in order to improve the operational security and achieve a simpler construction of the gripper loom. The scissors are, on the one hand, closed during the looping motion of the weaving reed and, on the other hand, an inserted filling thread (S.sub.1) can be conducted above and past the upper scissor blade (24) into a catching hook (32) lying in front (FIG. 2 ).

    摘要: A weft-carrying gripper for a weaving loom comprises a gripper body and a weft yarn holding member carried by the gripper body. The holding member oscillates relative to the gripper body toward and away from a weft yarn gripping portion of the body, alternately to grip and to release a weft yarn between a head on the holding member and the mentioned portion of the body. This oscillation can be either rectilinear movement of curvilinear movement. A flexible elastic element such as a spring metal lamina is carried by the head and is move toward and away from the yarn gripping portion of the body upon oscillation of the holding member. The elastic element, at the time it engages a weft yarn, bends about an axis transverse to the direction in which the head is moving at the time the elastic element engages the yarn.
