The footwear article includes a double layer knitted upper having a foot bed, an upper portion continuous with the foot bed, an ankle opening, and an inner void for receiving a foot of a wearer. The double layer knitted upper has an outer knit layer defining an exterior surface of the double layer knitted upper. The double layer knitted upper also has an inner knit layer monolithically knit to the outer knit layer. The inner knit layer has a plurality of inner knit regions that spatially correspond to the plurality of outer knit regions of the outer knit layer. The outer knit layer and the inner knit layer substantially define the foot bed and the upper portion of the double layer knitted upper.

摘要： To provide a tubular knitted fabric and a knitting method thereof, which can be knitted without sewing by a flatbed knitting machine, and which is easily fitted to a three dimensional shape of a wearing region without detriment to appearance.As shown in (a), an outward side of thumb pouch 7 is knitted so as to continue in its wale direction to an end portion of a four finger body 6 and while repeats reciprocated knitting in its course direction. In the course direction, a row of stitches is formed in midway and hanging stitches 8, 9 are added on both sides respectively as stitches to be used for linking. In order to make the knitting needles that suspend the hanging stitches 8, 9 different from each other, the position of the row of stitches is shifted in a direction away from a knit end of the four finger body 6. As shown in (b), when a homeward side of thumb pouch 10 is knitted so as to be folded back from the edge portion of the outward side of thumb pouch 7, row of stitches are formed so as to link between the hanging stitches 8, 9. As shown in (c), after forming the thumb pouch 11 as a tubular knitted fabric by the flechage knitting with shifting of the row of stitches, a glove 1 is completed by knitting a five finger body 14 as a tubular knitted fabric by the round knitting in which the knitting yarn rounds to the course direction.

摘要： On needle beds, an outer fabric and an inner fabric are arranged to oppose each other. Each of the outer fabric and the inner fabric comprises a back body and a left half and a right half of the front body that are arranged on both sides of the back body. The inner fabric and the outer fabric are knitted in a single tubular form from the hem part up to the bottom of armhole. At and beyond the bottom of armhole, it is divided and knitted into three tubular forms; the back body, the right half of the front body, and the left half of the front body. Armholes are provided between tubular forms. At the shoulders, the three tubular forms are united back to one single tubular form, and the back body and the right and left halves of the front body of the outer fabric are joined, and similarly, the back body and the right and left halves of the front body of the inner fabric are joined.

摘要： There is provided a shoe upper that can be produced with high productivity. A heel cover portion (2) and a body portion (3) of a shoe upper (1) are integrally formed in a seamless manner by a knitting pattern. In the top section, a portion having a knitting width of greater than or equal to a predetermined width from an upper end to a lower end, at a position corresponding to a heel of a wearer, is assumed as the heel cover portion (2), and a portion including a remaining portion of the top section, excluding the heel cover portion (2), and the bottom section is assumed as the body portion (3), where an end in a knitting width direction of the heel cover portion (2) and an end in a wale direction of the body portion (3) are connected at positions of edges (L2, L3) on a side surface of the shoe upper (1) of the edges (L1 to L3) to become the boundary lines of the heel cover portion (2) and the body portion (3). As a result, directions of stitches of the heel cover portion (2) and the body portion (3) are oriented in a height direction and a length direction, respectively, of the shoe upper (1), whereby a three-dimensional shoe upper (1) is obtained.

摘要： A knitted fabric bra formed of a length of circular knit material flattened into a double ply fabric with ends secured together to form a torso encircling main body portion having rounded top and bottom edges. A pair of lengths of circular knit material flattened into double ply fabrics have ends secured to the main body portion to form shoulder straps having rounded side edges. The main body portion has a pair of enlarged, relatively loosely knit, relatively highly resiliently stretchable breast pockets. Under-sections are formed below the breast pockets. A front section extends between the breast pockets. Side sections extend from the breast pockets and are connected by a back section. The yarn selection and stitch size are varied in knitting of the fabric to provide desired fabric characteristics.
