摘要: A textile printer with decoration support comprises a track for a printing pallet extending along a first axis, the printing pallet being controllably mobile along the track, a rail for a print head, the rail along a second axis at right angles to the first axis, a digital print head mounted on the rail and controllably mobile along the second axis to scan across the printing pallet and print an image onto a garment on the printing pallet using textile printing inks, and a material deposition head also mounted to scan across the printing pallet to deposit material onto the garment in alignment with the image.

摘要: A textile printing method for printing on a fabric, the fabric being a nonwoven fabric containing synthetic fibers. includes a first adhering step of adhering to the fabric by ejecting a dyeing ink by an ink jet method, and a second adhering step of adhering a non-dyeing ink to the fabric. The dyeing ink contains a disperse dye, a water-soluble organic solvent, and water, and the non-dyeing ink contains a water-soluble organic solvent and water. The water-soluble organic solvent contained in the non-dyeing ink contains a glycol-based organic solvent having a HSP value of 13.6 or more, and the content of the glycol-based organic solvent is 80% by mass or more relative to the total amount of the organic solvent contained in the non-dyeing ink. The adhesion position of the dyeing ink and the adhesion position of the non-dyeing ink are at least partially overlapped each other.

摘要: An image forming method includes: applying a pretreatment liquid, which is an aqueous solution, to a cloth material, which is an absorbent base material; after applying the pretreatment liquid, applying an aqueous ink onto the cloth material to form an image on the cloth material by an ink jet method. Applying the pretreatment liquid includes applying the pretreatment liquid such that the cloth material includes, when applying the aqueous ink, the pretreatment liquid in an amount of 20 mg/cm2 to 150 mg/cm2 per unit area of the cloth material. The aqueous ink includes a white ink containing titanium oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 20 nm to 200 nm.

摘要: An ink set includes a combination of: a first ink composition containing a white pigment, and an alkali-soluble resin having an acid value of 200 mgKOH/g or higher or a crosslinked product thereof, which accounts for 1.0% by mass or more in the first ink composition, and further containing water; and a second ink composition to be printed over a printing layer constituted by the first ink composition, containing a colored pigment, and an alkali-soluble resin having an acid value of 200 mgKOH/g or higher or a crosslinked product thereof, which accounts for 1.0% by mass or more in the second ink composition, and further containing an amphoteric surfactant, a water-dispersible resin, and water. The ink set is intended to achieve good printability even when a volatile acid is used in a pretreatment solution for the ink set.

摘要: The embodiments herein discloses a system for dyeing fabrics on-demand, comprising a flatbed mechanism for loading a substrate for dyeing; an ink feeder mechanism, consisting of at least Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (C, M, Y, K) colors and a color combiner mechanism or color mixer to combine the inks and create a composite ink; at least two nozzle heads to deposit the composite ink on both sides of a substrate; an operator console; and a reset mechanism. The nozzle is configured to move across the entire width of a substrate from one side to the other, while the substrate rolls to aid dyeing. The nozzle dyes a single color at any given time.
