摘要： An embed facade attachment system comprises an inner channel and an outer channel. The inner channel is configured to receive one or more fasteners between an upper retaining flange and a lower retaining flange. The outer channel is defined between an upper outward flange and a lower outward flange and configured to receive one or more fasteners. One of the inner channel and the outer channel is coupled to a concrete reinforcement element and another of the inner channel and the outer channel is removably coupled to a facade element by the one or more fasteners. The facade attachment is embedded in concrete with at least the inner channel or the outer channel exposed to a surface of the concrete to allow coupling of the facade element.

The fastening includes two plate assemblies, which can be mounted on the lower plate by means of two rail spikes going through the plate assembly and allowing the fixing of a rail. Each plate assembly includes an intermediate plate, the lower face containing a recess for the fitting thereof on the central segment of the lower plate, and the upper face containing a circular projection configured for fitting in a circular recess located on a lower face of an upper plate on which a rail can be supported, such that said upper plate can be oriented with respect to said intermediate plate.

摘要： A boltless fastener assembly for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons includes a pre-embedded steel holder, an e-clip, an insulated gauge block and a rubber pad. A clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip is provided with an L-shaped retaining end. The pre-embedded steel holder is improved to adapt to the e-clip, and an opening is formed at a portion of the pre-embedded steel holder close to the clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip, so that the e-clip can be installed normally. During normal installation, the L-shaped retaining end of the e-clip does not contact the pre-embedded steel holder. When the rail undergoes large torsional deformation, the L-shaped retaining end on one side of a rail moves upward to contact an upper edge of the opening of the pre-embedded steel holder or engages with a second heel end.

摘要： This invention relates to an anchoring device for use in retaining a railway rail fastening clip, the device comprising a stem for embedding in a rail support member, a head extending from the stem and comprising a generally hook-shaped portion for extending over a portion of the clip to effect retention and terminating at an end apart from the stem, and wherein in use, said end terminates at a sealing plate for bridging the end of the hook-shaped portion and the stem. 摘要： A rail clip for fastening railway rails to rail ties. The clip consists of U-shaped member formed from metal plate having a base with a free end and the other end curving upwards with an internal radius of 18 mm or less and a short straight section followed by a second curve and two tapered arms extending therefrom or beyond the curve, said base adapted to be secured to said tie outwardly spaced from the foot of said rail, said arms being bent downwards in a third curve beyond said base and finally the tip portion of said arms being bent backwards in a forth curve toward and short of said base to form toes which are orientated for contact with the top surface of the rail base such that said arms and toes are deflected upwards relative to said rail to develop downward clamping forces at the said toes which hold the said rail on the said tie to restrain longitudinal, lateral and vertical movement; after the said clip is formed it is hardened and tempered and then cold set by loading it in the same manner as occurs in track but the applied load is increased until the yield is passed and the clip is permanently deformed, the load is then removed & the process is repeated at least once.

摘要： In a railway rail fastening clip 1 for fastening a railway rail to an underlying rail foundation, which clip 1 is formed of an elongate plate shaped such that a central region 11 of the plate has in profile the form of a letter C, a first end region of the plate extending from one side of the central region 11 of the plate to form a substantially planar base portion 12 of the clip for engaging a rail fastening anchoring device secured to the rail foundation and a second end region of the plate extending from the opposite side of the central region 11 of the plate to form a toe portion 13 of the clip for bearing on a foot of the railway rail, such that in profile the second end region extends further than the first end region, the toe portion of the clip is provided with a throughhole 14 which is arranged such that, when the clip is in its operative configuration, part or all of the throughhole 14 lies above the foot of the rail, the throughhole being configured to receive a corresponding spigot 25 of a toe insulator 2 for electrically insulating the clip from the rail whereby the insulator can be retained on the toe portion of the clip.
