    摘要: A thrust reverser actuation system for a jet propulsion engine for a vehicle, the thrust reverser actuation system comprising: a plurality of hydraulically-driven thrust reverser actuators for actuating one or more thrust reverser components of the jet propulsion engine, each actuator comprising: a hydraulic circuit; and a bi-directional electrically-driven pump configured to pump hydraulic fluid through the hydraulic circuit, wherein the hydraulic circuit and the pump are configured such that the direction of the pump dictates the direction of the actuation of the actuator.

    摘要: A hydraulic actuator includes a hydraulic cylinder; a piston within the hydraulic cylinder and movable in response to movement of hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic circuit coupled to the hydraulic cylinder; a synchronisation connection for receiving an input from a simultaneous transmission line; and a valve for controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic circuit. The valve is a rotary valve comprising: a first valve section arranged to rotate in either a first rotational direction or a second rotational direction in response to input from the simultaneous transmission line in order to open a hydraulic flow path to the cylinder and urge the piston to move along the hydraulic cylinder in a corresponding first linear direction or second linear direction; and a second valve section arranged to rotate in either the first or second rotational direction.

The hydraulic droop panel system includes a first hydraulic actuator attached to a flap of the aircraft wing, and a second hydraulic actuator attached to a droop panel of the aircraft wing and fluidly coupled with the first hydraulic actuator. The second hydraulic actuator is configured to move the droop panel to a droop position corresponding with movement of the flap and the first hydraulic actuator.

    摘要: A cylinder acceleration mechanism includes a buffer tank that supplies and discharges oil to and from a bottom-side line that is connected to a bottom-side chamber of an actuating cylinder, and an inversion lever having an intermediate fulcrum as a rotation axis. The buffer tank includes a buffer chamber with a variable capacity achieved by a seal lid moving back and forth inside of a case, and extends and reduces a length of a coupling rod provided to the seal lid and projects from the case. A bottom-side branching line branched from the bottom-side line is connected to the buffer chamber. The actuating rod of the actuating cylinder and the coupling rod of the buffer tank are coupled to respective ends of the inversion lever. The actuating rod and the coupling rod extend and retract alternately with respect to each other as the inversion lever turns.

    摘要: The present disclosure concerns a nacelle for an aircraft turbojet engine that includes a thrust reverser having a cowl displaceable between a deployed position and a stowed position, a fixed structure, and a secondary nozzle. The nozzle includes panels movable in rotation, and hydraulic actuators for sequenced actuation of the cowl and panels. The actuators include a body mounted on the fixed structure, and a rod mounted in the body and is linked to the cowl and panels via a device for transmitting movement of the actuator to the panel. An actuation system having a hydraulic control device controls the displacement of the rod of the actuator. The actuator further includes a device for alternately displacing the rod in translation relative to the body to cause translation of the cowl, or in rotation relative to the body to cause rotation of the nozzle panel.

    摘要: A harvester head may include a position adjustable reel having a first segment and a second segment, a hydraulic supply comprising a pump and a reservoir, a first plurality of hydraulic cylinders coupled to the first segment to reposition the first segment, a second plurality of hydraulic cylinders coupled to the second segment to reposition the second segment, a first bidirectional valve operably coupled between the hydraulic supply and the first plurality of hydraulic cylinders, a second bidirectional valve operably coupled between the hydraulic supply and the second plurality of hydraulic cylinders, at least one sensor to sense relative positioning of the first segment and the second segment and a controller. The controller may output control signals to the first bidirectional valve and the second bidirectional valve based upon signals from the at least one sensor to synchronize positioning of the first segment and the second segment.

    摘要: A fluid power control system for load handling mobile equipment includes a pair of hydraulic actuators for moving respective cooperating load-engaging members selectively toward or away from each other, or in a common direction, at respective asynchronous speeds to selectively attain either synchronous or asynchronous respective positions of the actuators. The actuators have sensors enabling a controller to monitor their respective movements and correct unintended differences in the actuators' respective movements, such as unintended differences in relative intended positions, speeds, or rates of change of speeds. Respective hydraulic valves responsive to the controller separately and nonsimultaneously decrease respective flows through the respective actuators to more accurately and rapidly correct differences from the intended relative movements of the actuators.
