摘要: Disclosed are power systems, and power machines employing the power systems, having dual in-line pumps configured to supply hydraulic fluid to respective left and right side travel motors of the power machine. In some exemplary embodiments, pump pintle arm controls and a single centering mechanism for the pintle arm controls are provided. The single centering mechanism is configured to center the pintle arms for each of the two pumps. Also in some exemplary embodiments, a mechanical control linkage configuration allows the separate pump pintle arm controls to be positioned on a side of the pump substantially one behind the other. This allows hydraulic connections to the pumps to be placed on top of the pump assembly, improving the routing of hydraulic hoses in the power machine.

摘要: A drive unit for a skid steered vehicle includes a controlled differential positioned between two shafts. The end of each shaft forms an output of the drive unit connected directly to the differential outputs via the shafts. A steer motor is in driveable communication with the differential, and an electric propulsion motor is in driveable communication with the shaft outputs. A gear reduction unit, and optional gear change unit, is positioned between the differential and the electric propulsion motor. The electric propulsion motor, the gear reduction unit and optional gear change unit are connected in a parallel connection with an output of the differential to the shaft outputs. The optional gear change unit includes an epicyclic gear reduction unit having an input and an output which provides drive input from the gear change unit to the shaft. A gear change set has a master gear that receives drive output from the electric propulsion motor, and slave gears which are driven by the master gear via one or more gear chains. A dog clutch slideably engages the input of the gear reduction unit and selectively engages with the master gear or slave gears so that the selected position of the dog clutch determines which gear is engaged.

Said robotic vehicle (10) further comprising an electric brake (262) disposed proximate to a turning shaft (422) of the linkage (220). The electric brake (262) being selectively applied by processing circuitry (110) to resist turning of the second chassis platform (210) about the turning axis (400) and being selectively released to allow the second chassis platform (210) to turn about the turning axis (400).

摘要: A drive and control system for a lawn tractor includes a CAN-Bus network, a plurality of controllers, a pair of electric transaxles controlled by the plurality of controllers, and one or more steering and drive input devices coupled to respective sensor(s) for sensing user steering and drive inputs. The plurality of controllers communicate with one or more vehicle sensors via the CAN-Bus network. The plurality of controllers receive the user's steering and drive inputs and posts on the CAN-Bus network and generate drive signals to obtain the desired speed and direction of motion of the lawn tractor.

摘要: A traveling vehicle includes a left drive wheel and a right drive wheel which are driven independently by a left driving section and a right driving section, a manual operation unit configured to provide a left speed instruction for adjusting a rotational speed of the left drive wheel and a right speed instruction for adjusting a rotational speed of the right drive wheel and a drive control unit configured to control driving of the left driving section and the right driving section based on the left speed instruction and the right speed instruction, with using a first control method and a second control method which are provided with different control properties from each other. The drive control unit includes a single mode employing either one of the first control method and the second control method and a composite mode employing the first control mode and the second control mode in time-differentiated combination. In the composite mode, based on a difference between the left speed instruction and the right speed instruction, a combination ratio between the first control method and the second control method is determined.

The motor drive assembly may include a brake assembly to engage a component of the planetary gear assembly to retard the rotor shaft and the axle.
