摘要: A transmission assembly includes a ring gear configured to receive an input torque from a power source, a carrier assembly coupled to the ring gear, the carrier assembly configured to rotate about a first axis and including a housing, and a spider gear rotatably coupled to the housing, a carrier outlet shaft including a carrier outlet gear in meshed engagement with the spider gear, wherein the carrier outlet shaft is configured to transmit an output torque to a driveshaft, a control shaft including a control gear in meshed engagement with the spider gear, and a load applicator coupled to the control shaft, wherein the load applicator is configured to provide a resistive torque to the control shaft to resist rotation of the control shaft and vary a gear ratio between the driveshaft and the input shaft.

摘要: In order for it to be also possible to transmit relatively high torques in an operationally reliable manner with low power loss and with a low or inexpensive design outlay in a bevel friction ring gear mechanism, consisting of at least two component transmissions which are configured as bevel friction ring gear mechanisms and have a first adjusting device for a friction ring of the first component transmission and a second adjusting device for a friction ring of the second component transmission, wherein the bevel friction ring gear mechanism has a regulating device for regulating an axial position of the friction rings, it is proposed that the regulating device has at least one first part regulating device with a first reference variable and a second part regulating device with a second reference variable which is separate from the first reference variable, wherein the first component transmission has the first part regulating device for regulating the position of the friction ring of the first component transmission, and the second component transmission has the first part regulating device and the second part regulating device, but at least the second part regulating device, for regulating the position of the friction ring of the second part transmission.

摘要: Friction-ring variable-speed transmission mechanism comprising parallel input shaft and output shafts, the input shaft carrying a pair of frustoconical plates having interposed therebetween a ring member adapted to coact with said plate through corresponding friction surfaces, one plate being adapted to move axially under adequate control means, this variable-speed transmission mechanism being characterized in that said rings are formed with external teeth, and that said teeth are drivingly connected through a meshing flexible member to corresponding teeth formed on a twin pinion mounted for free rotation on a support movable about the output shaft, the other set of teeth of this twin pinion meshing with those of a pinion rotatably solid with said output shaft, the change in the transmission ratio being obtained by causing a controlled angular displacement of said movable support.
