摘要: A fluid injection system for dispensing a solution into a fluid flow in a flow line, the fluid injection system including a storage tank having a product to be dispensed therein. The system includes a connector for connection to a fluid flow line. The connector has an outlet port for diverting fluid from the flow line into the tank, an inlet port for returning a mixture of fluid and/or product back into the fluid flow line, and a restrictor provided between the inlet and outlet ports. The system includes an inlet dip tube and an outlet dip tube provided inside the tank and a mixing chamber connected between the inlet dip tube and the outlet dip tube. The mixing chamber is configure to mix the fluid with the product to create a fluid/product mixture, wherein the fluid/product mixture is injected back into the fluid flow line via the inlet port.

摘要: The present disclosure includes mixing apparatuses comprising a pipe having an internal channel having a convergent frustoconical portion, and a divergent portion. The divergent portion may comprise a divergent frustoconical portion and an annular, concave curved portion. A plurality of injection ports may be spaced circumferentially in the convergent frustoconical portion and communicate a liquid into internal channel. The plurality of injection ports may define an opening in the internal channel having a first dimension in a circumferential direction that is larger than a second dimension in a longitudinal direction. The injection mixer may be configured to mix a first fluid flowing through the pipe with the second fluid to form a fully homogenous, dispersed fluid mixture.

摘要: A valve body structure is provided and includes a main pipe, a secondary pipe and a liquid storage tank, where the liquid storage tank stores a second liquid from the secondary pipe and controls whether the second liquid in the liquid storage tank flows into the main pipe by a solenoid valve, so that the second liquid is mixed with a first liquid in the main pipe. Therefore, the valve body structure can mix liquids without combining other components and has a lower cost and a smaller volume. As such, the issue of the remaining residual liquid when combined with other components for control, which reduces the control accuracy and even causes the problem of mixed pollution, can be avoided.

摘要: A flow management system includes an expandable device that is configured for attachment to a wall surface of a conduit and that is adjustable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration. The flow management system further includes a fluidic actuator in fluid communication with the expandable device and a control module. The control module is configured to control the fluidic actuator to deliver actuation fluid to the expandable device to expand the expandable device for compacting a flow blockage within the conduit to create a channel adjacent the flow blockage and to withdraw actuation fluid from the expandable device to collapse the expandable device for opening the channel to a fluid flow within the conduit.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system and method for odorizing natural gas flowing through a distribution pipeline. The system includes a bypass line adjacent to a distribution pipeline, wherein bypass gas flows through the bypass line and an odorant tank connected to the bypass line, and into the distribution pipeline; a high-flow control valve and a low-flow control valve in the bypass line, wherein bypass gas flows through the odorant tank into the distribution pipeline when the high-flow control valve or the low-flow control valve is open; and a programmable logic controller connected to the high-flow and low flow control valve; wherein the programmable logic controller opens the high-flow or low-flow control valve for a predetermined dwell time proportional to an amount of bypass gas needed to odorize gas in the distribution pipeline each time that a preselected quantity of gas flows through the distribution pipeline.

摘要: A detection system for use with a pipeline network having a fluid flowing therethrough. The fluid contains an ingredient that deposits on the interior walls of the pipeline network. The detection system is interposed within the pipeline network and comprises a first fluid path and a second fluid path. A material is distributed throughout the interior of the second fluid path that is capable of inducing and accelerating the deposition of the fluid ingredient on the walls of the second fluid path. A sensor exposed to the second fluid path monitors changes in the path indicative of deposit build-up. The sensor communicates with a control system. The control system directs a chemical injector to introduce chemical inhibitors into the pipeline network to inhibit ingredient deposition on the walls of the pipeline network.

The pump uses a bellows and a vanishing chamber technology (in combination with one another) to provide extremely precise and accurate, dependable and repeatable pumping technology. It does so while limiting the escape of odorant vapors to the atmosphere by keeping the bellows and the chamber physically separated from one another to reduce the need to access the chamber when performing maintenance on the pump.
