摘要： A tumbler may be used as defluidizer, dryer, coater, classifier, or dynamic filter. The tumbler includes a rotatable drum that receives a solid/fluid slurry through an inlet chute. As the slurry travels through the drum, fluid exits the drum through a plurality of apertures in screens attached to the sides of the drum, while the solids continue along the drum's length until they reach one or more openings and exit the drum into an outlet chute. The outlet chute includes ridges that wrap around rings extending from the openings of the drum to prevent solids from escaping the outlet chute. To further dry the solids before they exit the drum, an air tube at least partially disposed within the drum is configured to introduce a flow of air into the drum.

摘要： A dryer for a textile web includes a drying chamber having at least one air-permeable drum arranged in the drying chamber to rotate, wherein the drum includes an end face constituting an axially arranged suction side, the textile web is wrapable at least partially around the drum and heated drying air is flowable through the textile web. A hot gas source provides heated gas. A ventilator forms a suction draft via the suction side of the drum with drying air from inside of the drum and drying air that recirculates back into the drying chamber. At least one hot gas feeding ring encloses the suction draft and is configured to permit the hot gas from the hot gas source to flow essentially completely into the suction draft.

摘要： A seed drying system for positioning a manifold in a seed treater includes a seed treater that contains a plurality of seeds that have been coated with a liquid treatment. A manifold is positioned within the seed treater and a fan is provided to selectively urge air. The fan is fluidly coupled to the manifold to direct the air over the seeds thereby facilitating the liquid treatment to dry on the seeds. A mounting unit is provided and the manifold is coupled to the mounting unit such that the mounting unit retains the manifold in a horizontal orientation. The mounting unit is releasably coupled to the housing such that the manifold is retained in the drum. Moreover, the mounting unit centrally positions the manifold in the aperture.
