    摘要: A microwave vacuum low-temperature drying machine includes a frame and a conveyor. One side of the interior of the frame is provided with a drying chamber, and the other side of the interior of the frame is provided with an equipment chamber. An inner wall of the drying chamber is provided with a drying system. The drying system includes a first drying assembly located at upper parts of inner walls at two sides of the drying chamber, second drying assemblies respectively located at middle and lower parts of the inner walls at the two sides of the drying chamber, and a third drying assembly located between the second drying assembly at the middle parts and the second drying assembly at the lower parts. The machine can handle a large and high stacked material, and achieve uniform inside and outside drying of the stacked material, with high drying efficiency.

Then, continuously determining a moisture content in the solid insulations during the retightening and geometric adjustment phase of the active part outside the drying oven and continuing with the determination of moisture content during vacuum drying once the active part is inside the hermetically sealed tank, and stopping vacuum drying when an equilibrium moisture content is reached in the solid insulations. The determination of moisture content and equilibrium moisture content is carried out by applying the diffusion equation.

    摘要: An apparatus is used for cleaning and drying applicator tools, such as brushes, cosmetic applicators, or cosmetic tools. The apparatus according to various embodiments includes an applicator tool holder configured to hold multiple applicators of various sizes with the applicator heads facing down. The applicator tool cleaning apparatus has a cleaning chamber that can dispense liquid to saturate the applicator heads and contact the applicator heads with a textured surface to dislodge collected materials on the applicator heads and a drying chamber where drying mechanisms blow air or dissipate heat at the applicator heads until dried. The applicator tool holder may be moved vertically between the cleaning chamber and the drying chamber via a motor and drive mechanism. Alternatively, the applicator tool holder may be flipped such that the applicator heads are facing upwards and aligned with the drying mechanisms.

    摘要: A kiln for drying and processing lumber packages is provided. The kiln generally includes at least one end chamber, a drying chamber adjacent to the end chamber, a first lumber conveying line configured to transport the lumber packages in a first direction through the end chamber and the drying chamber, and a second lumber conveying line configured to transport the lumber packages in a second direction through the end chamber and the drying chamber. The conveying lines may be countercurrent or uniflow. The kiln may further include a heat distributor in the end chamber to distribute heat into the end chamber in addition to heat from the drying chamber along the first and second lumber conveying lines. The heat distributor may include a distribution duct receiving heat from a drying chamber distribution duct or a heater inlet duct, a heat exchanger, a radiative heating element, or a combination thereof.

    摘要: A fluidized bed dryer may include a deck, an eccentric, and a blower. A heater may or may not be included. The deck of the fluidized bed dryer may vibrate due to motion of the eccentric. The blower may blow air through the deck of the fluidized bed dryer to dry material on the deck. As the material dries, the material moves across the deck, due to the vibration. The deck bed depth may be increased, which may allow for even process air flow distribution and control of conveyance speed and residence time. The fluidized bed dryer may include a controller configured to implement a drying process that may include one or more of temperature, moisture content, and relative humidity data to optimize product throughput while ensuring a desired degree of dryness.
