摘要: A heat exchanger for heat exchange between a first fluid and a second fluid is disclosed. The heat exchanger includes a first header-tank assembly and a second header-tank assembly. The heat exchanger is configured for operation in orientation in which the first header-tank assembly is substantially higher with respect to a ground level than the second header-tank assembly. The heat exchanger also includes a plurality of tubes arranged in a first stack and in a second stack. The stacks are arranged between the header-tank assemblies. The second stack is arranged downstream to the first stack with respect to a configured first fluid flow path. The heat exchanger also includes at least one fin interlaced between two adjacent tubes of each stack. The fin further includes a first section configured to deflect the first fluid substantially obliquely-upwardly.

摘要: In one aspect, a hybrid heat exchanger that includes a metallic serpentine tube having an inlet end portion to receive a process fluid, an outlet end portion, and a series of runs and return bends directing the process fluid from the inlet end portion to the outlet end portion of the metallic serpentine tube. The hybrid heat exchanger further includes a thermally conductive polymer body thermally integrated with the serpentine tube. The thermally conductive polymer body has an outer surface to be contacted by a fluid, such as air and/or water. The thermally conductive polymer body is configured to transfer heat between the metallic serpentine tube and the fluid contacting the outer surface of the thermally conductive polymer body. The outer surface of the thermally conductive polymer body includes surface enhancement features that affect flow of the fluid across the outer surface of the thermally conductive polymer body.

摘要: A heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger includes a configuration in which a heat transfer tube having a flat shape passes through a plurality of fins, and capable of securing drainage performance of condensed water retained on a surface of the heat transfer tube while improving a heat transfer rate, and further capable of suppressing an increase in ventilation resistance. The heat exchanger includes a heat transfer tube formed in a flat shape, and a plurality of fins, and a refrigerant flowing inside the heat transfer tube exchanges heat with air flowing between the plurality of fins. The fin includes a heat transfer expansion surface including a peak portion and a valley portion provided along an air flow direction, and a drain structure provided to overlap the heat transfer expansion surface.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes: flat heat exchange tubes each having an elongated cross section and planar outer surfaces that face each other, and each including a fluid flow passage; and corrugated fins each formed in the shape of waves and provided between associated adjacent ones of the heat exchange tubes. The corrugated fins each having ridge portions that correspond to ridges of the waves and that are joined to the associated heat exchange tubes, the corrugated fin having fins that are located between the ridge portions and are arranged in a height direction. The fins include drain slits each of which allows drainage of water on an associated one of the fins, and end portions of the drain slits of adjacent ones of the fins in a horizontal direction are located at different positions in the drain slits, the adjacent fins being adjacent to each other in the height direction.
