摘要: A microchannel evaporator includes a plurality of microchannels. Each of the plurality of microchannels includes a first end and a second end. A first end-tank is coupled to each first end of the plurality of microchannels and a second end-tank is coupled to each second end of the plurality of microchannels. A second-fluid inlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to receive a fluid into the microchannel evaporator and a second-fluid outlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to expel the fluid from the microchannel evaporator. Each microchannel of the plurality of microchannels includes at least one bend along a length thereof.

摘要: A heat exchanger disclosed in the present disclosure includes a first collecting pipe, a second collecting pipe, a number of heat exchange tubes, at least one fin and a hygroscopic colloid. The heat exchange tube has a pipe wall and a refrigerant flow channel for a refrigerant to circulate. The heat exchange tube has a first end and a second end. The refrigerant flow channel extends from the first end to the second end along an extension direction of the heat exchange tube and extends through the heat exchange tube. The hygroscopic colloid is adhered to at least part of an outer surface of the heat exchange tube and/or the fin. The present disclosure also discloses a heat exchange system having the heat exchanger and a method for making the heat exchanger. The hygroscopic colloidal material of the present disclosure is friendly to metal surfaces.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger core. The heat exchanger core includes a first fin and a second fin. The second fin is spaced apart from the first fin. The heat exchanger core also includes a primary passage defined between the first fin and the second fin and extending through the heat exchanger core. The heat exchanger core also includes a plurality of airfoils extending through the first fin, the primary passage, and the second fin. At least one airfoil of the plurality of airfoils includes a secondary passage. The secondary passage extends through the heat exchanger core within the at least one airfoil transverse to the primary passage.

摘要: A heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger comprises: a first header comprising a first globe and a second globe; a second header disposed in parallel with the first header; a tube assembly comprising multiple first tubes for connecting the first header and the second header and causing a refrigerant introduced from the first globe to flow in a first direction toward the position of the second header, and multiple second tubes disposed continuously with the multiple first tubes so as to cause a refrigerant introduced from the second header to flow in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction; and multiple heat exchange-fins individually having multiple insertion portions, into which the multiple first tubes and the multiple second tubes are inserted, respectively, and heat exchange surfaces disposed between the multiple insertion portions. The first heat-exchange fin, which is adjacent to the first header among the multiple heat exchange fins, has a heat-exchange surface including a first surface having a louver formed thereon, and a second surface formed to be flat and adjacent to insertion portions into which multiple second tubes are inserted. The second heat-exchange fin, which is adjacent to the second header, has a heat-exchange surface including a first surface.

摘要: A multi-step method is disclosed for exchanging heat in a vapor compression heat transfer system having a working fluid circulating therethrough. The method includes the step of circulating a working fluid comprising a fluoroolefin to an inlet of a first tube of an internal heat exchanger, through the internal heat exchanger and to an outlet thereof. Also disclosed are vapor compression heat transfer systems for exchanging heat. The systems include an evaporator, a compressor, a dual-row condenser and an intermediate heat exchanger having a first tube and a second tube. A disclosed system involves a dual-row condenser connected to the first and second intermediate heat exchanger tubes. Another disclosed system involves a dual-row evaporator connected to the first and second intermediate heat exchanger tubes.

摘要: An air conditioner that includes a heat exchanger including: heat-transfer pipes extending in a horizontal direction and spaced apart at predetermined intervals in a vertical direction and configured to allow a thermal medium to flow therein. A part of the heat transfer pipes are used for at least one inflow path into which the thermal medium flows from the outside of the heat exchanger and the other part of the heat transfer pipes are used for at least one outflow path from which the thermal medium flows out to the outside. At least one connection pipe through which an outlet side of one of the at least one inflow path communicates with an inlet side of one of the at least one outflow path.

摘要: The invention provides a connecting member and a micro-channel heat exchanger. The connecting member comprises a first side plate, a second side plate and an arc-shaped plate connected between the two plates, wherein a plurality of communicating channels (1) which are in parallel with one another and are spaced apart are provided in the connecting member, each of the communicating channels (1) extends from the first side plate to the second side plate. The invention solves the problem that the outer walls of the heat exchange tubes become thin due to bending of the heat exchanger.

摘要: The invention concerns a heat exchanger with an arrangement of parallel-guided flat tubes (1a, 1b) which are intended to conduct coolant which evaporates. Fins (2) are arranged between the tubes which form air guide slots in the direction perpendicular to the course of the tubes, and thus define the flow direction of air to be cooled. The tubes form at least two assemblies (11) which are arranged behind each other in the air flow direction (3). The assemblies (11, 12) differ in the free inner cross-section area (W1, W2) of the tubes (1a, 1b) for the coolant.
