Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-degree-of-freedom conductor depositing system for tokamak toroidal field coil winding packs, belongs to the field of development of toroidal field superconducting coils for nuclear fusion. The multi-degree-of-freedom conductor depositing system is mounted on a winding table and distributed along the contour of the toroidal field coil. The optical proximity switches detect the position signals between the winding table and the bending unit and transmit them to an automatic control system. The multi-degree-of-freedom conductor depositing system is distributed in a spiral shape from the top to the bottom from the position of the bending unit along the direction of coil winding. The conductor is deposited onto the track drive mechanism of the multi-degree-of-freedom conductor depositing device, which has a bidirectional moving and rotating function. This avoids the risk of insulation rupture due to friction between the conductor and the depositing tooling during the coil winding process. It also has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high reliability.

Abstract: In an inductor component, an inductor wire is formed inside a main body. The inductor wire has a circular columnar body extending in the height direction. An end surface of the inductor wire at a first end in the wire extending direction serves as a first external terminal and is exposed at a first terminal surface of the main body. The first external terminal is exposed only at the first terminal surface. An end surface of the inductor wire at a second end in the wire extending direction serves as a second external terminal and is exposed at a second terminal surface of the main body. The second external terminal is exposed only at the second terminal surface.

Abstract: A method for producing an electromagnet from a metal core and at least one metal wire is disclosed and may include joining a plurality of metal plates into the metal core by packing and winding at least one metal wire around the assembled metal core. Each metal plate may include plastically shaped areas and the plastically shaped areas of the metal plate may be connected by force-locking and/or form-fitting to the plastically shaped area of at least one adjacent metal plate in a joining direction. A multitude of windings may be wound around the metal core. The windings may be placed next to each other and/or on top of one another and a partial region of each winding may be oriented parallel to the joining direction. Furthermore, an electromagnet produced according to the method and a rotor of an electric machine having at least one electromagnet are disclosed.

Abstract: A current transformer includes a pre-formed core forming a closed loop with a flexible axially wound secondary winding. A continuous length of wire is axially coiled around a flexible bobbin to form a secondary winding. The resulting secondary winding may be slid onto the closed loop of the pre-formed core. The flexibility of the axially wound secondary winding facilitates conformity to a non-linear shape of the pre-formed core.

Abstract: An embedded magnetic component device includes a magnetic core located in a cavity extending into an insulating substrate. The cavity and magnetic core are covered with a cover layer. Through holes extend through the cover layer and the insulating substrate, and are plated to define conductive vias. Metallic traces are provided at exterior surfaces of the cover layer and the insulating substrate to define upper and lower winding layers. The metallic traces and conductive vias define the respective primary and secondary side windings for an embedded transformer. At least a first isolation barrier is provided on the cover layer, and at least a third insulating layer is provided on the substrate. The second and third insulating layers provide additional insulation for the device, and define and function as a circuit board for surface mounted power electronics.
