摘要: A first wireless device may transmit to a second wireless device, sidelink discontinuous reception (SL DRX) configuration parameters of the second wireless device that indicate an active time of SL DRX for the second wireless device to monitor for sidelink control information (SCI). The first wireless device may further receive configuration parameters, from the second wireless device, that indicate a sidelink sensing window of a sidelink sensing operation of the second wireless device. The first wireless device may also determine one or more sidelink resources for a sidelink transmission of a SCI, that are: outside of the active time of the SL DRX and during the sidelink sensing window of the second wireless device. The wireless device may further transmit the SCI to the second wireless device via the determined one or more sidelink resources.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device may select, from multiple orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes, a set of one or more primary OAM modes and a set of one or more secondary OAM modes, where at least one primary OAM mode is activated periodically and at least one secondary OAM mode is activated based on a trigger. The first device may transmit, to a second device, a message indicating a configuration for the selected set of one or more primary OAM modes, the selected set of one or more secondary OAM modes, and discontinuous reception (DRX) parameters for each of the sets of OAM modes. The second device may monitor for a signal using a primary OAM mode using the DRX parameters for the set of primary OAM modes, and the second device may activate a second OAM mode based on receiving the signal.

The controller is configured to determine, in a case where a TRS resource set configuration that is a list of TRS resource sets is included in the SIB, the number of bits on a basis of an identifier related to the TRS resource set, and determine, in a case where the TRS resource set configuration is not included in the SIB, the number of bits as 0.

摘要: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for configuration of non-uniform or non-integer cell DRX or DTX cycles. Some aspects specifically relate to configuration of non-uniform or non-integer cell DRX or DTX cycles to align with communicated data such as XR content having a non-integer periodicity. In some examples, a UE receives from a network entity one or more configurations indicating a non-uniform or non-integer timing pattern associated with a cell DRX or DTX cycle. For example, a configuration may indicate a set of different integer periodicities, rational cycle periodicities, start times, or adjustment values to align the on durations of respective cycles with traffic occasions associated with non-integer periodicities. The UE may alternatively receive multiple configurations to this effect. Consequently, XR content or other data may respectively be communicated to or from the network entity in the traffic occasions during the on durations of these cycles.

摘要: A communication system is disclosed in which an anchor base station configures a RAN based paging area for a communication device. When the anchor base station determines that it is necessary to update the RAN based paging area, it seeks to inform the communication device indicating that the RAN paging area for the communication device needs to be updated at the communication device, and subsequently, the base station may broadcast system information comprising information identifying a change to the paging area (e.g. a removal of a cell). The broadcasting of system information may also be carried out in other cells of the paging area.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a method is performed by a wireless device for adapting to intermittent network coverage in a non-terrestrial network (NTN). The method comprises: receiving information indicative of the availability of NTN network access; and determining whether the wireless device is within or outside of an area with NTN network access based in part on the received information and a location of the wireless device. Upon determining that the wireless device is outside the area with NTN network access, the wireless device operates in a reduced power mode in which one or more internal processes are suspended or disabled. Upon determining that the wireless device is within the area with NTN network access, the wireless device operates in a normal power mode in which one or more of the internal processes that were suspended or disabled are reactivated or enabled.

摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for performing propagation delay compensation. For example, a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU) may be configured with the resources and signals to perform a Propagation Delay (RD) procedure, or a Propagation Delay Information Exchange (PDIE), or a Propagation Delay Compensation (PDC). The WTRU may receive configuration that may identify a reference signal (RS) pair for a path. The WTRU may determine that a trigger condition is satisfied for a path. The trigger condition being satisfied may trigger the WTRU to perform a PDIE. The WTRU may determine a propagation delay (RD) for a path. If the determined RD meets a threshold for the path, the WTRU may apply a PDC to an uplink (UL) transmission that uses the path.

摘要: A method performed by an asset tracking device is disclosed to track an asset. The method comprises receiving, while operating in an extended discontinuous reception mode, a carrier messaging service message from a carrier network, transmitting a connection request to a management server to establish a connection with the management server in response to receiving the carrier messaging service message, receiving, from the management server over the connection, an instruction to use a specified backend check-in schedule until a specified condition is met, and responsive to receiving the instruction, using the specified backend check-in schedule to check in with the management server until the specified condition is met. The method further comprises reverting back to using a default backend check-in schedule to check in with the management server after the specified condition has been met.
