Abstract:
A water sprinkler (100) includes a base (104) defining a first cavity (120) and an outflow opening (128), a conduit assembly (108) positioned in said first cavity and defining a first channel (232) and a second channel (228), and said first channel defining a first channel inlet and a first channel outlet, and further said second channel defining a second channel inlet and a second channel outlet, and a timer mechanism (112) having a timer inlet and a timer outlet, said timer mechanism being configured to operate in a first mode in which fluid is allowed to pass, and a second mode in which fluid is prevented from passing between said timer inlet and said timer outlet, wherein said first channel outlet is positioned in fluid communication with said timer inlet, wherein said second channel inlet is positioned in fluid communication with said timer outlet, and wherein fluid advancing through the water sprinkler must pass through both said second channel outlet, and said outflow opening.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a spray-drying device for spray-drying a product. The spray-drying device comprises an internal duct running through a housing which is provided with an inlet opening and an outlet opening in the form of an orifice. The orifice and the inlet are connected to the internal duct. In the internal duct, a chamber is formed in which a turbulator is accommodated. According to the invention, the spray-drying device has a controllable valve body. The invention also relates to a system for spray-drying. A supply of the product to be spray-dried is connected, via a line, to an injection pipe to which a spray-drying device according to the invention is connected. The spray-drying device and the injection pipe end are situated in a spray-drying tower.
Abstract:
Abstract:
An oscillating nozzle sprinkler with adjustable arc of coverage in accordance with an embodiment of the present application includes a nozzle, a nozzle drive mechanism operable to drive the nozzle through a set arc of coverage, an arc set mechanism coupled to the nozzle drive mechanism and operable to adjust the set arc of coverage for the nozzle drive mechanism; and a flow control mechanism operable to vary a nozzle flow area through which water flows through the nozzle and out of the sprinkler, the flow control mechanism coupled to the arc set mechanism such that the flow area is adjusted with the arc of coverage.
Abstract:
A two component spray gun with low/high flow rates allows the operator to spray in confined areas at lower flow without having to change the mix module. The lower flow reduces undesirable "spray back" and will also help reduce material waste. Pneumatic piston 12 travel, which determines on/off fluid flow, can be selected on the fly to either close the fluid ports 14 which stops fluid flow, partially open the fluid ports 14 which limits fluid flow, or to fully open the fluid ports 14 to allow for maximum flow. Pneumatic piston 12 travel can be limited by means of a simple multi-position mechanical stop plunger 16. The stop bar 22 can be connected to a knob 18 or other operator input and turned or adjusted to the desired position
Abstract:
