Mehrere Präsentationsträger können über Klammerelemente zu Präsentationsträgersystemen zusammengesetzt werden.
Abstract:
Described herein is a wafer (10) for foodstuff products characterized in that it comprises granular material (14) integrated in its structure and projecting from a surface (12) thereof.
Abstract:
A fluid mixture, for example, a chocolate-based mixture, is dosed and fed to forming moulds (2) through two cavities (30A)(30B) arranged on diametrically opposite sides of a longitudinal axis (11) and having respective opposite inlets (31); the cavities (30A)(30B) being rotated in unison and in a stepwise manner around the longitudinal axis (11) between an inlet opening (12) for the mixture and an outlet opening (13) for the mixture dosed while keeping the volume of both cavities (30A)(30B) unchanged, and filling one of the cavities with a predefined quantity of fluid mixture and simultaneously emptying the other cavity while keeping the cavities (30A)(30B) in angularly fixed positions around the longitudinal axis (11).
Abstract:
Described herein is a package containing foodstuff products, in particular confectionery products, which have brittle edges or ends (4'), of the type comprising: a container (2) constituted by at least one folded rigid or semirigid sheet, and having a bottom and side walls that surround said bottom; and - a plurality of said products (4) contained in said container. The package is characterized in that the bottom of said container has on or more channels (20), each defined by at least one inclined wall (22) provided on said bottom, wherein said inclined wall is configured to support said products (4) in a region thereof close to said edges or ends (4' ), but in such a way that said edges or ends are housed inside said channel without coming into contact with any wall or other part of said bottom.
Abstract:
Sealed packaging for a confectionery product Food product packaging comprising a food product (P) in a sealed wrapper of sheet material, comprising a first sheet (2) shaped in a receiving configuration adapted to contain the product, having an end edge in the shape of a flange (4) and a second sheet (6) adhered to said flange (4) to form a sealed wrapper surrounding the product (P), comprising a body of sheet material (8) in the shape of a cup with a base (10) and a side wall (12), where the base (10) is made to adhere to said second sheet (6) and the adhesive force between said base (10) and said second sheet (6) is greater than the adhesive force between the second sheet (6) and said flange (4), so that a force tending to separate said body from the packaging causes the detachment of said second sheet (6) from the flange (4) with the opening of the packaging.
Abstract:
Package for food products, comprising a cup (2) adapted to contain a food substance and a sealing member (6) applied to the mouth profile of said cup and in combination a take-up member (12) for taking up said food substance, such as a spatula or the like. The base wall (8) of the cup (2) has a depression (10) wherein said eating member (12) is housed and wherein said package comprises a laminar member (14) applied to cover said depression (10) and said eating member (12); preferably, said laminar member (14) has on its face facing toward the eating member (12) a peripheral region (20) having an adhesive, which allows its fastening by adhesion to at least a portion of the wall of the cup (2) adjacent to said depression (10) and an internal non-adhesive region (16) overlying said eating member, said peripheral region (20) and said internal region (16) being adjacent one to the other along a weakened profile (18) susceptible to be torn by the user to allow the extraction of said eating member (12).
Abstract:
A method and a machine (1) for continuous coating of cores of products, in particular confectionery products, in which a hollow drum (3) rotating about an axis of its own (4) carries, stably connected inside it, a body (20) wound axially in a helix or a spiral, with which it delimits a plurality of treatment chambers (22), each adapted to house a mass of cores to be treated; in at least part of the chambers (22), the mass of cores is sprayed with a coating material during rotation of the drum (3) in a first direction of rotation about its axis (4), and impinged upon by a flow of process air during rotation of the drum (3) in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation, before feeding the coated cores into an adjacent chamber (22) causing the drum (3) to perform a complete rotation in one of the two directions of rotation.
