Abstract: A wireless device receives a downlink control information (DCI) indicating a slot offset and scheduling transport blocks (TBs) via physical downlink shared channel (PDSCHs) in slots. The slots start at a first slot and end at a second slot, and each of the TBs is: received via a respective PDSCH of the PDSCHs, and associated with a respective process of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes. The TBs, corresponding to the HARQ processes, are received in the slots. Acknowledgment information, corresponding to the TBs, are transmitted in a third slot determined based on: the slot offset, and the second slot.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, parameters indicating a plurality of transmission configuration indications (TCIs) including: first TCIs for downlink receptions, and second TCIs for uplink transmissions. A plurality of codepoints, of a TCI field of a downlink control information (DCI) format, is mapped to the plurality of TCIs. The wireless device receives a DCI, of the DCI format, including the TCI field indicating a codepoint of the plurality of codepoints. Based on the codepoint being mapped to a TCI of the second TCIs, it is determined that the TCI is applicable to uplink transmissions. Based on the TCI, uplink signals are transmitted via an uplink control channel and an uplink shared channel.

Abstract: The wireless device receives random access (RA) configuration parameters of a bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, indicating: one or more random access channel occasions (ROs), and a physical resource block (PRB) offset, with respect to a first PRB of the BWP, indicating a first RO of the one or more ROs. A frequency resource index of a second RO of the one or more ROs is determined based on a frequency resource index offset applied to the first RO. A preamble is transmitted via the second RO. A response to the preamble is received based on a random access (RA) identifier determined based on the frequency resource index of the second RO.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, via a first search space (SS) in common frequency resources of a bandwidth part (BWP) and associated with multicast transmissions, a group common downlink control information (DCI) scheduling first data of a transport block. The wireless device receives, via a second SS in the BWP, a unicast DCI scheduling second data. The second data is determined to be a retransmission of the transport block based on a first process index, of the group common DCI, being the same as a second process index of the unicast DCI.

The one or more configuration parameters comprise a parameter that enables using default transmission parameters for uplink transmissions, and the one or more parameters indicate a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition for a PUCCH resource. The wireless device transmits, via the PUCCH resource, repetitions of an uplink signal with at least two transmission parameters determined based on at least two default transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states, where the transmitting is in response to: the one or more configuration parameters comprising the parameter, and the one or more configuration parameters indicating the PUCCH repetition for the PUCCH resource.

The method may include determining, for transmitting an uplink signal based on a second downlink RS during the first COT duration, a listen-before-talk (LBT) type, among a first LBT type and a second LBT type, based on whether the first downlink RS is the same as a second downlink RS. The method may include transmitting, based on the LBT type and during the first COT duration, the uplink signal.

Abstract: A wireless device may transmit, via an uplink resource, a sub-codebook comprising feedback bits for at least one of: downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission via code block groups (CBGs); or a multi-PDSCH scheduling DCI (M-DCI). The number of the feedback bits is based on the larger of a first number of schedulable PDSCHs by the M-DCI and a second number of the CBGs.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a request for radio access capabilities of the wireless device. A second RRC message is transmitted to the base station and includes information of the radio access capabilities for power saving operations. The information includes: a first parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring on an active bandwidth part, and a second parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports switching PDCCH monitoring among search space groups of the active bandwidth part. The wireless device receives, from the base station, a third RRC message including configuration parameters, based on the first parameter and the second parameter, for the power saving operations.

Abstract: A wireless device may determine, after receiving an association between an uplink transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a pathloss reference signal (PL-RS) and before receiving an activation command for the uplink TCI state, to use a synchronization signal block (SSB) as a first PL-RS for transmission of an uplink signal. The wireless device may transmit the uplink signal with a transmit power determined based on the first PL-RS until receiving the activation command.
