    Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters comprise a parameter that enables using default transmission parameters for uplink transmissions, and the one or more parameters indicate a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition for a PUCCH resource. The wireless device transmits, via the PUCCH resource, repetitions of an uplink signal with at least two transmission parameters determined based on at least two default transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states, where the transmitting is in response to: the one or more configuration parameters comprising the parameter, and the one or more configuration parameters indicating the PUCCH repetition for the PUCCH resource.

    Abstract: A method may include receiving, by a wireless device, downlink control information (DCI) indicating a first channel occupancy time (COT) duration associated with a first downlink reference signal (RS). The method may include determining, for transmitting an uplink signal based on a second downlink RS during the first COT duration, a listen-before-talk (LBT) type, among a first LBT type and a second LBT type, based on whether the first downlink RS is the same as a second downlink RS. The method may include transmitting, based on the LBT type and during the first COT duration, the uplink signal.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a request for radio access capabilities of the wireless device. A second RRC message is transmitted to the base station and includes information of the radio access capabilities for power saving operations. The information includes: a first parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring on an active bandwidth part, and a second parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports switching PDCCH monitoring among search space groups of the active bandwidth part. The wireless device receives, from the base station, a third RRC message including configuration parameters, based on the first parameter and the second parameter, for the power saving operations.
